Childrens Parties Sunday with Santa Sunday 4th, 11th & 18th Grown-ups can just sit back and watch the kids have all the fun. Our entertainers who all work directly for Santa, will look after all the magic tricks, fun & games, sweeties, food & party dancing until Santa himself arrives with presents for all. We’ll do our very best to send them home ready to go straight to bed.

Events 2017 Friday nights in 2017 are made for our fabulous tribute nights. It may seem a long time away, but to guarantee a seat you need to get it booked quickly! Our tribute nights are the best in town, all year round! Hen or stag nights, birthday parties or just a night out away from the hustle and bustle of town. From only £32.50 per person you get a great night of entertainment from our live acts, a full 3 course meal, and our resident DJ until 1.00am. But you don’t have let it stop there. You can enjoy reduced room rates from only £59 for two people, including full breakfast. Some of the acts coming up and returning again next year: Burns Ceilidh Night, Abba, Michael Bublé & Olly Murs, Elton John & Neil Diamond, Grease & Dirty Dancing, The 80’s Show and everyone’s favourite The Monster Halloween Ball, plus many many more.

Terms and conditions 1. Your provisional booking will be held for 14 days. 2. You must send your non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ20 per person within the 14 day provisional period. Failure to do this will result in the booking being released automatically. 3. Payments may be in cash, personal cheque or credit card. Full payment and final numbers are required 4 weeks prior to your event date or upon booking if later than this date. Regrettably we must reserve the right to cancel your booking if all monies are not paid by the due date. 4. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 5. The hotel reserves the right to alter or change dates of any party if minimum event numbers are not met. On such an occasion every effort will be made to effectively re-arrange your event. The hotel cannot however be held liable for compensation to any party should this occur. 6. It is the responsibility of the event booker to ensure that their party are all over the age of 18. 7. Holiday Inn Aberdeen West cannot be held accountable for the weather conditions, in the event of cancellation by the booker, due to extreme weather conditions we will endeavour to offer an alternative date in December but will not cover any form of refund. 8. The resident bar is offered for staying guests of the hotel only, after 12 midnight. Only staying guests that have lodged a suitable credit or debit card with reception will be served. Cash is not accepted. Party attendees not staying within the hotel are not permitted into the resident bar after 12 midnight. 9. It is the responsibility of the booker to ensure that their party behave appropriately and drink in a responsible manner. 10. Table allocations are at the hotels discretion, although every effort will be made to accommodate specific requests.
