Baggage Collection and Storage
Baggage handling and storage services are available twenty-four (24) hours a day. Please call the Concierge prior check-out should you need your bags collected and allow fifteen (15) minutes for collection. Luggage may be stored at the hotel for 30 days
at no extra charge. If beyond 30 days, additional charges may apply.
ATM
ATM is available for guests at the ground floor. Guests may use international and local cards to withdraw.
For additional bath towels, please call Housekeeping. Pool towels are available at the pool-side or from the Lifeguard-on-duty.
Business services and facilities are available at the Business Center on the Lobby Floor level. Our services include secretarial, printing, facsimile,
photocopying, and internet connection.
The Business Center is open daily from 8.00am to 8.00pm. For any Business Center requirements, please call the Front Desk for assistance.
An exclusive lounge with special amenities available for Club Lounge members located on the 19th floor. It offers buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Express check-in and check-out services are available for Platinum and Diamond Elite members with transporation service.
For car rentals, taxi service or information on public transportation to get around the metropolis, please call our Concierge. Our transportation service provider is owned by a third party and independent of Holiday Inn & Suites Makati and not managed by or affiliated to IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Foreign currency exchange is available at the Front Desk twenty-four (24) hours daily. Currency exchange is based on daily-posted
rates provided by the Central Bank of the Philippines.
Place the DND “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside doorknob of your room and/or turn on the DND button located beside your room’s main power switch if you wish not to be disturbed. You may also call the Guest Services to take your message while in DND status.
Please call Housekeeping to avail the services. If you have to leave the room but requested your clothes for pick-up, kindly place them in the provided laundry bag on the bed along with the laundry list form. Special rates for express laundry services apply.

Please observe proper dress code (gym attire) when using the gym facilities. Children between 12 to 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. Children below 12 years old are not allowed inside the gym premises.

For medical assistance, the hotel nurse is on duty twentyfour (24) hours daily. A licensed
physician is available on an “on-call” basis.
There is a message light on your telephone to indicate a message has been left for you. Simply press the light button to retrieve the message.
We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any of the guest rooms or in the indoor areas of the hotel. Please be advised that the hotel charges a cleaning fee of Php 10,000, if smoking is found to have taken place in any of the rooms or function rooms. There is a designated smoking area in the hotel located on the 5th floor.
Parking is located at the Basement 2 of the hotel. Complimentary parking is extended to all in-house guests. Valet service is also available with a fee.

For your security, our key cards do not indicate your room number. For convenience, you are not required to deposit your key card at the Front Desk when you leave the hotel premises. However, kindly return the key card upon check-out.

The hotel is not liable for any loss of articles inside your room. We suggest that cash, jewelry and other valuables be kept in your in-room safe or you may also have them stored at the safety deposit boxes located at the Front Desk on the Lobby Level.
