500g Cook with Curtis Italian Recipe Beef & Pork Mince 690g Coles Italian Tomato Passata 300g spaghetti

2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup (125ml) of the cooking liquid.

3. Add the pasta to the passata mixture in the pan and toss to combine, adding enough reserved cooking liquid to loosen, if needed. Season. Serve with parmesan and parsley.

1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 3 mins or until cooked through.
