Cooking Instructions 1. Cook schnitzels following packet directions.

2. Prepare salad kit without dressing.

Divide salad, schnitzels and avocado among serving plates. Serve with dressing.

Serve with: lemon halves and coriander sprigs.

Cooking Instructions 1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for 3 mins each side or until cooked to your liking.

Transfer to a plate. Place half the garlic butter on top of each steak. Cover with foil and set aside for 5 mins to rest.

2. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes following packet directions.

Cooking Instructions 1. Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high.

Cook the wraps for 1 min each side or until lightly charred. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm. ook the lamb on the grill following packet 2. C directions.

3. Prepare the salad kit without the dressing.

4. Divide the salad and lamb among the wraps. Serve with the dressing.

Serve with: lemon halves.

3. Place the beans in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside for 1 min or until bright green. Drain. Add the onion and toss to combine.

4. Divide steaks, potatoes and green bean mixture between serving plates. Drizzle steaks with pan juices.

500g Cook with Curtis Italian Recipe Beef & Pork Mince 690g Coles Italian Tomato Passata 300g Cucina Matese Italian Spaghetti ½ cup (40g) finely grated parmesan 2 tbs finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 3 mins or until cooked through. Add passata and 1/2 cup (125ml) water. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins or until sauce thickens slightly.

2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup (125ml) of the cooking liquid.

3. A dd the pasta to the passata mixture in the pan and toss to combine, adding enough reserved cooking liquid to loosen, if needed. Season. Serve with parmesan and parsley.
