Mr. Santella, along with approximately fifteen (15) other current members of the Hofstra University faculty, have been assigned to be a part of an Internationalization coalition, which will be conducting research amongst the Hofstra student body over the course of the next two years; Mr. Santella has

come to SGA today to explain the various parts of the project, including the five different components of it, to give further notoriety to the mission of the coalition. In the future, the group will be looking for more student involvement, which can be furthered with the assistance of SGA. ii. Questions 1. ―When are meetings for the various committees and groups within the coalition?‖ a. Answer: As of now, the meetings are case-by-case, since the groups have not fully formed, but the intention is present to have set monthly dates for each of the five groups within the coalition, 2. ―Approximately how many students are involved?‖ a. Answer: Ideally, about 50-60 students will be involved 3. ―How will this information be recorded‖? a. Answer; Currently, plans to survey students on various factions of Internationalization are in the works, which will be further refined as the process continues; the group reports to a national chapter through which the organization is sponsored, so all data ultimately ends there.

Presentation from Vice President Joseph Barkwill i. Introduction ii. Question and Answer Period 1. Parking Concerns: a. Since a parking lot is current not feasible or cost effective, the various plans for parking re-allocation are still being considered (pending SGA survey results). Additionally, new parking lots may be created in the near future to further accommodate parking needs 2. Dining Plans: a. At the end of the 2017 school year, the Compass Group contract will be up for the first time since 2007. Because of this, the Hofstra student body will have the opportunity to become members of a Food Committee chaired by Vice President Barkwill, which will visit various universities with competitors’ dining plans, assess the food, and survey current students at their respective schools. Of the five members of this committee, it is desired for two of them to be SGA representatives b. Moving forward, administration plans to keep an a-la-carte system of meal plan, due to cost effectiveness and student tastes, but wishes to find better quality, healthier options while still remaining at a reasonable price.

3. Expansion of the Greenhouse a. Plans with interior designers are well underway for the renovating of the Student Center basement. This will mean changing the current Rathskellar and Greenhouse units to be used for SGA, Interfaith, and other miscellaneous purposes.

S.A.2016.80.006 A Resolution to Support Extended Library Hours Whereas, between the hours of nine o’clock in the morning and five o’clock in the evening on the dates of March ninth, tenth, and eleventh, the Hofstra University Student Government Association polled undergraduate students at an event known as SGA at the Corner, Whereas, 508 students were polled and feedback was collected, Whereas, one of the questions asked “Would you utilize the library if hours were extended on weekends until midnight (12 AM)?”

Whereas, 399 students responded “yes” and 101 students responded “no”, indicating 79% of the students Would utilize the library more on weekends if hours were extended, Whereas, discussions with the Dean of the Library and the Manager of the Library, Let it be resolved, that the Student Government Association supports the extension of library hours starting with the months of October and March, during the fall and spring semesters respectively, until the conclusion of said semesters. The library hours will be extended to midnight (12 am) on weekends (Friday-Sunday) during these times, unless otherwise specified by the library.

Hofstra University Student Government Association Two Thousand and Sixteen S.A.2016.80.007 A Resolution to Support the Extension of the Fitness Center Hours

Whereas, between the hours of nine o’clock in the morning and five o’clock in the evening on the dates of November 16 through November 20, 2015, the Hofstra University Student Government Association polled 1,038 undergraduate students during an annual week long campaign known as Student Appreciation Week, Whereas, one of the questions asked was “Would you find it useful to extend fitness center hours?”

Whereas, 736 students responded “Yes” and 302 students responded “No,” indicating 71% of the students polled support an extension of the Fitness Center hours, Whereas, the Student Government Association has worked with the Director of Recreation and Intramural Sports to relay the students voice, Whereas, the Student Government Association supports the following changes to the Fitness Center’s Hours of Operations:   

Four additional hours in total, Monday through Thursday One less hour Friday Two additional hoursSunday

Whereas, the Director of Recreation and Intramural Sports has expressed her support of extending the proposed Fitness Center hours to the University during the entire Fall 2016 semester as a trial period: Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-12:00am Friday 6:00am-8:00pm Saturday: 10:00am-8:00pm Sunday: 10:00am-10:00pm Let it be resolved that Student Government Association supports the proposed extended hours of the Fitness Center during the Fall 2016 semester.

Let it also be resolved that the Student Government Association supports the Fitness Center’s reevaluation of the results at the end of the Fall 2016 trial period to determine if students are utilizing the extended hours.

End of the Year Report of the President April 21st, 2016 This report serves as the final report of the Student Government Association President and it is meant to highlight all activities, accomplishments, and activities of/for the Student Government Association during the 2015-2016 academic school year. During the Fall 2015-Spring 2016 school year, the Student Government Association was led by President Alyson Guarino (’15) and Vice President Damian Gallagher (’17).

During this time, SGA focused attention on the following areas: 1. Creating a Humble and Professional Organization to Represent the Students 2. Collaboration Between Various Governing Bodies (e.g. IFSC, RSA) 3. Supporting Diversity 4. Sexual Assault Awareness – (Includes the training of all SGA members) 5. SGA’s Image on Campus & Transparency (Includes redesigning of SGA website) 6. Streamlining Communication between Students and SGA as well as Students Administration 7. Enhancing Spirit on Campus and Within the Entire Community 8. Restructuring SGA’s Constitution to provide a more solid base for SGA in the future 9. Collecting Student Feedback in order to pass resolutions which ultimately show out support for various initiatives Visions The undergraduate student body elected Alyson Guarino & Damian Gallagher in support of the following vision: “To give every student an equal opportunity to attain an excellent education, achieve his or her fullest potential through discovering their value and purpose and to instill a feeling of pride within every member of the Hofstra community.”

The 2015-2016 Student Government Association Cabinet combined their individual visions to create a vision that they can all strive to execute in their daily role as a student leader, together: “Serving the Students by empowering, advocating, and providing a sense of belonging throughout the Hofstra community.”

During the cabinet retreat, each member of cabinet was asked to reflect on their purpose in this organization. Together we incorporated our own personal missions along with the mission of the G&G administration, to produce one unified purpose as a cabinet. The mission statement read as follows: “Serving the Students by empowering, advocating, and providing a sense of belonging throughout the Hofstra Community.” – SGA Cabinet ’15- ‘16 During the full SGA retreat, every member of SGA completed the same exercise as above, creating a mission statement. The statements for each committee were as follows: Appropriations: “Helping students fulfill their potential by offering support, guidance, and resources.”

Club Relations: “To make every club on campus well known and appreciated as well as help club leaders exceed their expectations on what they can achieve.”

Spirit: “To cultivate and instill a sense of pride, spirit, and community within every Hofstra Student.”

Programming Board: “To increase the Student Government Association’s presence on campus through informative and fun events.”

Public Relations: “To build a platform that allows SGA to proactively communicate with the student body by creating awareness of SGA’s dedication and continuous efforts to enhance Hofstra University”

Student Services: “To empower and engage students in our Hofstra Community by addressing their concerns.”

Structure/ Membership The Student Government Association, which is structured to pursue work through 6 committees, a programming board and a Judicial Panel. Each of those committees/branches is expected to maintain the duties of the constitution, but they have each gone above and beyond to offer more for the student body.

During the Fall 2015 semester, the Student Government Association was made up of 49 Undergraduate Students of which 28 could vote around the Senate Table. The remaining members made up the executive board (3 members), the Judicial Panel (5 members) and the Programming Board (13 members).

During the Spring 2016 semester, the Student Government Association disbanded the Programming Board and created a position for PR Associates. In addition, some members of our senate graduated or resigned for personal reasons. Remaining were 28 undergraduate students of which 21 could vote around the senate table. The remaining members made up the executive board (3 members), the judicial panel (4 members). SGA also had 3 regular associates (2 on the Student Services committee and 1 on the Spirit Committee, as well as 4 PR Associates.

Extending Library Hours Status: Successfully Completed by Senator David Durand Result: Library Hours will be extended during the Fall semester starting in October and in the Spring semester starting in March until midnight during the weekend (FridaySunday). A resolution has been passed through the Student Government Association.

Refer to S.A.2016.80.006 2. Extending Fitness Center Hours Status: Successfully Completed by President Guarino, Vice President Gallagher, Chairperson Mishkin and Senator Normandin.

The fitness center hours will be extended for a trial period during the Fall 2016 by one hour Monday-Thursday, one less on Friday, and two on Sunday. This means the fitness center will be open from 6:00am-12:00am Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-8:00pm on Friday, 10:00am-8:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am-10:00pm on Sunday.

3. Emergency Housing for Commuting Students Status: In Progress with Senator Jonathan Valerio 4. Food Committee Meetings Result: As a result of attending the food committee meetings, the hotline and Grilled station started asking if students were staying or leaving, and giving the option of a washable plate. There are new signs on trashcans, saying the utensils are recyclable like the water bottles, Compass Dining will start a “Secret shopper” program. We are still looking to increase vegetarian and vegan food options, as well as sustainability efforts and allergy concerns. Looking to add a Kiosk in Bits and Bytes. There are new plastic containers being used which use less plastic and they are looking to phase out plastic slowly with paper containers.

5. New York Times Subscription Result: All Access Passes will be given to students who sign up for it and costs will be split with other departments of the university 6. Fixing Laundry Room App Status: Completed Senator Gardner confirmed with Reslife that they have been in contact with Hercules (the laundry company) and Reslife will be replacing the washers and dryers with ones that have wireless routers that connect to Hofstra’s network in order for the app to work correctly. The plan is to have this completed by Fall 2016.

7. Food Pantry for Students

Status: Currently in Process The food pantry will be implemented into the Center for Student Collaboration in the closet that is now being used for SGA storage. The proposal has been sent to VP Houston and we are waiting for him to send it to the President’s cabinet for approval before implementing this.

8. Shower Doors in Residence Halls Status: Currently in Process President Guarino brought this up with VP Joe Barkwill and he is looking into if this is possible to install in the towers.

9. Commuter Lounge Renovations Status: Currently in Process Senator Valerio is meeting with OSLE and Off Campus Living Director to review different furniture options 10. Battery Disposal on Campus Status: Currently in Process Chairperson Cinquemani is in the process of contacting Campus Sustainability Officer, Teresa Greis to discuss advertising recycling units on campus and adding them in more central locations.

11. Bookstore Concerns - Nothing in the faculty policy series/ contract about book orders Status: Currently in Process Chairperson Cinquemani will set up a meeting with the chair of Usenate to discuss changing the faculty policy series. The bookstore and provost office have already begun making changes: they have directly contacted professors with first year classes of more than 40 students, book orders are up to 30% which is up from 20% last year (goal is to get to 50% by the end of April), bookstore has begun researching cheaper book alternatives, some classes are switching to online books, chemistry department changed its $200+ book to one that is about $50.

12. Bookstore Concerns – Adding an “on hold” option if the book is not available at the cheapest “used” option.

Status: Currently in Process A proposal was written for the bookstore which was presented to Barnes and Noble.

Waiting on response.

Appropriations 1. Comptroller Database Database that was designed last year was fully implemented during the Fall 2015-Spring 2016 school year. The database maintains all allocations to clubs and pushes the allocations to OSLE and Rec Center databases. Reports are in the process of being made to make KPI reporting easier, as well as end/mid of the semester and end of the year reports.

2. Support for EU/Concerts EU and Concerts will now be allocated a year in advance (as opposed to a semester) for events that they are requesting over $50,000. This is in an attempt to help them plan their event with more time so they know their budget ahead of time. Committee is also consistently working with Concerts to help seek out additional funding for Music Fest.

Change Club Sports Funding/ Define what a Sports Club is Status: Successfully Completed, refer to S.A.2016.80.003 Result: Sports club tier system has been created and SGA can fund in accordance to the Rec Center Sport Club Policy, allowing Appropriations to focus funding the truly active sports club.

Club Relations 1. Office Space Legislation Status: Successfully completed This legislation was created in order to make it a requirement for clubs to post their office hours. Refer to S.A.2016.80.005 for legislation that was passed.

2. E-board Packet/Training Status: Currently In Process This will go into effect during the Fall 2016 semester. The packet will be handed out to all new clubs when they become recognized and will include all SGA information they must know.

4. Fundraising Packet Status: Successfully Completed 5. Club Pride Day Status: Successfully Completed This was an event that was done during Student Appreciation Week. The winner was Hofstra’s Running Club.

6. Mid Semester Check In’s Status: Successfully completed E-mails were sent out to SGA recognized clubs to offer support and check in from SGA 7. Club Storage Space in Small Clubs Status: Successfully Completed Lockers were ordered and arrived, all 5 clubs who need storage space have been contacted.

8. Figure out a list of SGA recognized clubs Status: Successfully Completed A list was compiled of 145 SGA recognized clubs and will be maintained going forward.

Valentine’s Day Giveaways Status: Successfully Completed Spirit Committee handed out chocolate covered strawberries to students around valentine’s day to raise school spirit 4. A proposal for a pride rock was sent to OSLE and the Spirit committee must research rocks to bring to campus.

Constitutional Convention SGA’s Rules committee spent over 30 hours over the dates January 29th&30th, February 12th and February 17th, for the Constitutional Convention. SGA’s Constitution and Policy Series was passed through senate on February 25th, 2016. There will be no more scheduled constitutional conventions unless called to order by the senate at large.

Legislation/ Resolutions 1. PR Association Creation Legislation Brought by Vice President Gallagher and myself, this legislation dissolves the Programming Board and gives birth to a new section of SGA; PR Associates. The intention was to further unify SGA as one body. PR Associates will act as event planners that support the various committees within their responsibilities. PR Associates will be focused on ensuring SGA events accurately reflect our vision and will be concerned with our image on campus. PR Associates will not have voting power, and will be elected in to serve through an application submitted to the Public Relations Chair. All current programmers will be grandfathered in to serve as PR Associates. Please refer to Student Government Association Constitution to see changes. Changes were made to the following sections: 201.2 ASSOCIATES, 201.4 OATH OF OFFICE, 202.1 STANDING BOARDS AND COMMITTEES, 202.7 STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION BOARD AND COMMITTEE BUDGET for changes. Section 205. PROGRAMMING BOARD was completely stricken and material was added to section IX. PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 2. Student Appreciation Week Referendum Questions 3. Office Space Violation Legislation Brought by SGA’s Club Relation Committee, this legislation clarifies and defines the procedure that occurs in the event of an office space violation. The intention of this legislation was to hold SGA more accountable and to fill in a gray area so that the consequences and procedure of handling an office space violation are clearer to SGA as well as the students. Please refer to the SGA Policy Series under section VII, Club Relations Committee, section A to see changes.

4. Room Selection Assignment Process Brought by Club Relations Chairperson Cinquemani and Chairperson Casey, this Resolution was “on encouraging the Office of Residence Life and Hofstra University to process room assignments once room selection is completed.”

5. A Resolution to investigate Alpha Phi Omega Brought by Vice President Gallagher in response to allegations that Alpha Phi Omega changed their bylaws without presenting them to their members for adequate review, and without approving changes through SGA Rules. As a result, a committee was formed to investigate the allegations comprised of the Rules and Club Relations Committee. The investigation halted because the club expressed they wanted to relinquish SGA recognition. The committee will continue the investigation going into the summer and a resolution will be brought to the 81st senate.

S.A.2016.80.005- “Club Hours for Office Space” Legislation Brought by Club Relations Chairperson Solis, Senator Bekios, Senator Martin, Senator Tadbiri 11. S.A.2016.80.006- “A resolution to support extended library hours” Brought by Senator Durand, Senator Kutsch, and Senator Bekios after a meeting with the Dean of the Library and Manager of the Library, to express our support for the extension of library hours for the next upcoming year. The agreed upon extension will take place starting in October until the end of the Fall 2016 semester and start again in March 2017 until the end of the 2017 semester. The hours will be extended until midnight on weekends (Friday-Sunday).

S.A.2016.80.007- “A resolution to support the extension of Fitness Center Hours” Brought by President Guarino, Vice President Gallagher, Rules Chairperson Mishkin, and Senator Normandin after a meeting with the Director of the Fitness Center. This resolution was to express our support for the extension of fitness center hours. A trial period was agreed upon for the Fall 2016 semester starting the first day of the fall and ending on the last. During that time period, the fitness center will be open for an additional 5 hours a week. The fitness center hours will be extended by one hour Monday-Thursday, one less on Friday, and two on Sunday. This means the fitness center will be open from 6:00am-12:00am Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-8:00pm on Friday, 10:00am-8:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am-10:00pm on Sunday.

SGA Club Recognition During the Fall 2015-Spring 2016 academic year, 12 clubs came to senate seeking SGA recognition of which 8 were granted SGA recognition. See below: Pi Kappa Delta (recognized) Commuter Student Association (recognized) 180 Degrees Consulting (not recognized) Anthropology Club (recognized) Pride Productions (recognized) Hofstra Critics (recognized) Club Softball (recognized) Help Other for Life (not recognized) Actuarial Science Club (not recognized) Badminton (recognized) American Society of Mechanical Engineers (recognized) Hofstra Tabletop Gamers (not recognized) Internal Changes/ Structure Project Management – As President, I am exploring various ways of project management, and intend to continue finding the most efficient way to streamline project tasks, with the intention of spending less time in meetings and more time working with the students.

This semester we have transitioned over from the traditional “updates at cabinet” to a more streamlined process of updating via Google Docs. A Google Doc was created that covers the following areas: Ongoing Tasks: A daily or weekly repeating task required by nature of the position (i.e.

Appropriations meetings) Open Initiatives: Projects that are being actively pursued (i.e. Student Appreciation Week) Initiatives on Hold: New Initiatives that the chair is interested in pursuing but is on the backburner for now until some other duty is completed.

Completed Initiatives: Initiatives, Projects, or Tasks that have been completed (new or old).

Closed Initiatives: Initiatives that were brought up and pursued, but did not result in the intended outcome. These Initiatives can either be pursued again at a later time, but do not have to be.

As a result of moving to Google Docs, Cabinet has been more efficient with time during cabinet, allowing for more time to discuss hot topics concerning the Student Body.

Internal Communication This year, The Student Government Association used many methods of communication; E-mails, GroupMe Texts, and Facebook. Every Sunday night, I sent an e-mail out to the entire organization to inform everyone about any upcoming dates or time commitments for the upcoming week, in an attempt to keep everyone on the same page. The GroupMe was used as a way of constant communication, but information can get lost very easily. Facebook was used to have people sign up for Club Elections, or timeslots to sign up for SGA events, etc.

Bonding The Student Government Association has placed an emphasis on internal bonding. The G&G administration believes it is important for all SGA members to respect and support each other. A Social Chair, Dana Craig, was elected to coordinate social efforts. An internal mentorship program was created; “Lions & Cubs�. Every returning member of SGA was paired with a new member and has taken on the role of a mentor and friend to guide the newer members to realize their potential within the organization. Each week members of SGA were nominated for a paper plate award, and the winner was voted on by cabinet. Social Chair Craig then made a paper plate award and handed it out each senate of the spring 2016 semester to highlight the qualities we like to see in our members.

New Accomplishments of the Student Government Association during 2015-2016 1. SGA co-sponsored the Hofstra Student Leadership &Engagement for the Spring 2016 semester and created two awards that SGA will be handing out: Most Accomplished New Club: The Student Government Association of Hofstra University awards a newly established club this award for exceeding the expectation that clubs and organizations are held to. This award characterizes a club or organization that has demonstrated a mastery of Hofstra policies, campus engagement, notoriety, an established presence and reputation, and has become one with the student population.

We are proud to give this to a new club that has truly made Hofstra University a better place.

Most Inspiring Student Leader: While there are many student leaders on campus, of which deserve recognition for their involvement every day, this award goes to a student that exemplifies what it means to be a student leader. Inspiring others to work harder, engaging a club or individuals to rise above their own preconceived ideas of themselves, or advocating to mobilize students. The most inspiring student leader that students regard as one of the most influential students this university has seen. The Student Government Association is proud to give this award to students who will leave a legacy for Hofstra University to remember, for years to come.

2. Student Government Association had representatives attend Multicultural Club Caucuses every Monday. SGA was present in order to show support, and offer any feedback for questions that came up with regards to SGA. SGA made an attempt to work with multicultural clubs to build a relationship and to ensure their voices are heard. The SGA representatives that attended the meetings reported back to senate and addressed any concerns that were brought up during the caucus. SGA intends to continue to find ways to support the multicultural organizations, among others, on campus.

3. Student Government Association had members sit on an Diversity Task Force/ Campus Climate Working Group coordinated by Dean Sofia Pertuz and Vice President Houston.

The Campus Climate survey will be a campus wide survey that is sponsored by Institutional research, the Provost and Student Affairs and it will survey all types of climate issues related to identity – including Title IX related issues.

4. Student Government Association had members sit on a Diversity Focused Committee with the Dean of Students, Sofia Pertuz, in an attempt to be involved with the diversity talks across the campus.

5. SGA attended every food committee meeting that was held and bring feedback from the students in an attempt to activity advocate for higher food quality and a bigger variety of food options.

6. SGA’s Website was Redesigned to include pictures of current SGA members, as well as committee information.

7. Grand Opening of the Center for Student Collaboration

Student Appreciation Week Results During Fall 2015, The Student Government Association collected 1,038 polls during Student Appreciation Week. This impressive result was due to the effort and dedication of every member of the Student Government Association. The results of these polls fuel initiatives that SGA works on throughout the school year and the results of those initiatives are what lead to a better campus, increased school spirit, and building a feeling of general community.

A memo was sent from President Guarino to Sofia Pertuz (Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students), Houston Dougherty (Vice President of Student Affairs), Jean Peden Christodoulou (Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs), Joseph Fitzpatrick (Senior Assistant Dean of Students), Nestor Melendez (Assistant Dean and Director of Student Leadership and Engagement) as well as Karl Koeppel (Associate Director of Student Leadership and Engagement.

This memo included all results from the polling. SGA polled 1,038 undergraduate students, breaking all previous records, as well as the goal to reach 1,000 polls. During Student Appreciation Week, SGA collaborated with The Office of Undergraduate Admissions, RSA, National Residence Hall Honorary, Office of off Campus Living and Commuting Student Services, IFSC, OSLE, The Career Center, The Writing Center, The Bookstore, as well as Athletics. During the week, SGA held multiple events and gave away free giveaways. Some events included free breakfast in the student center, Donuts with the Dean, a common hour prize wheel, club pride day, and a candy bar. Some free giveaways included t-shirts, keychains, phone wallets, pens, baseball tickets, and stress balls. Student Appreciation week polling focused primarily on the students’ overall experience, food, fitness center hours, and a peer mentor program. When students were asked, “How active do you think the Student Government Association is on campus” 80% responded with either very active or somewhat active. 8% selected neither active nor inactive, while 5% felt that SGA was inactive and 7% have never heard of SGA. Club Relations End of the Year Report Wednesday April 20th 2016 A. Club Congress a. Setup: Three breakout Sessions with Public Relations Chair, Appropriations Chair and Comptroller, Rules Chair, and Club Relations Chair. Students would choose 3 out of the 4 to attend. b. Turnout-32 Students c. Future Changes-Leadership training for club E-board’s, including more interaction with Chairs and Students. d. Club Congress has been removed from the Policy Series and will now be called “E-Board training.” e. At recent committee meetings we have thrown around ideas to make this leadership training more beneficial and useful to student leaders. i. We want it to be more involved with the students to create a relationship with SGA and clubs. ii. We want to tell them more than what Student Government Association can do for them. We want them to know the technical things about being a club leader like how to request food, how to book a room, how to table, and how to update your GetInvolvedHU page.

B. Club Storage Space a. Created application and working with Karl to send it out to students through GetInvolvedHU. b. The application was sent out and we received 7 applicants. c. We were able to accommodate all of the applicants whose requirements fill ours. i. Applied: Guitar Club, Culinary Club, Hofstra Ballroom Dance, Hofstra Club Softball. ii. Accepted: SASS, Culinary Club, Hofstra Ballroom Dance. d. We are waiting for the locks to come in for the lockers so we can allow the clubs to begin storing their belongings.

C. E-Board training a. At our meetings we have continuously been brainstorming ideas for E-Board Training. b. We would like it to take place within the first month of school so clubs can know who we are and who can come to for questions or concerns. c. We would like there to be a mini caucus for club leaders to ask questions and give suggestions on how SGA could help them. d. Over the summer I plan to compile all the ideas and do more research so that when we have our first committee meeting we can plan the logistics and date that E-Board Training will take place D. Sabrina- strengths: got club storage space, finally got a list of SGA recognized clubs, reasserted power of office space checks i. Weaknesses: we still need to finish the initiative to open club meetings, bridge the gap between us and OSLE b. Rita- strengths: reaching out to clubs and getting more FaceTime, more organized, list of SGA recognized clubs, passed legislation i. Weaknesses: clubs don’t respond to emails, we don’t proactively attend club events like we should, all of the committees don’t work together, more communication between committees before reaching out to other clubs, reach out to other members not just e-board c. Mana- weaknesses: started out very disorganized i. Strengths: planned a new vision, we figured out what we want to do d. Ben- strengths: efficiency, teamwork, improving club relations with clubs, flexible and adaptable i. Weakness: we need to work on creative initiatives 2.
