Create An Appointment 1. Log on to your my.hofstra.edu portal 2. Under “Student Success Center” click on the “NAVIGATE Advisor” icon. 3. Under “My Assigned Students”, find the student for which you wish to schedule an appointment.

Check the box next to their name. Under “Actions”, select “Schedule Appointment” Select the Location, Date, and Time, and Advisor. An email will be sent to the student asking them to accept, decline, or reschedule the appointment. 8. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with the date and time of the appointment. a. This information will also be added to your calendar, and if Outlook has been connected, it will appear on your Outlook Calendar.
