To our commuting students who celebrate Thanksgiving; We'd like to wish you and yours a very happy, refreshing holiday and much needed break. We'd like you to all know, how thankful we are for all of our commuting students! For those of you who live off-campus, before you lock up and ship out back home for the break, we've included some quick and easy safety tips below to keep in mind while getting ready to leave your off-campus home.
"This time of year is always the best to give thanks for all that you have, and I am truly grateful for the amazing students I come in contact with on a daily basis. Enjoy the break." Quick Links Hofstra Student Life on Facebook Hofstra Student Life on Twitter Hofstra's Academic Calendar
Commuting students, be aware that traffic conditions tend to be worse during the holiday season, because there are many more travelers on the road than an average day. Always wear your seat belt while in the car, and be a vigilant, alert driver and passenger. If you have any questions or concerns, send us an email or visit us in room 221 of the Mack Student Center. Be sure to tell any of your fellow commuting students about our office. The more the merrier! Sincerely, The Office of Off-Campus Living and Commuting Student Services 221 Student Center 516-463-3469 commuters@hofstra.edu
