Crew Boat Drill

Sometime this morning, there will be a boat drill for the crew. If you happen to see the crew running around the ship, there’s no need to be alarmed. Just continue enjoying your vacation.

Dry off and Drop off

Don’t forget to return your pool towels back to the designated Towel Station when you’re done! A $25 replacement fee will be charged to your SeaPass card for each unreturned towel.

As you go through customs in the terminal, please pick up any items security withheld during your cruise from Terminal Security. Don’t forget your receipt!

Tips for an Easy Departure

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process. We’ve implemented a more gradual flow for our departure process.

o Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to your designated departure lounge until your departure number is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens.

o All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a convenient time for you. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, and wayfinding maps and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated. We ask you to verify the schedule on the television prior to leaving your stateroom. You can also review your departure information via the Royal Caribbean App for a quick and easy experience.

o Guest disembarkation will take place from Deck 4. Porter assistance is available at the terminal building.

Self-Assist Departure

You are free to depart as soon as the Self-Assist Departure announcement has been made. Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Assigned departure times begin at approximately 7:45 am and end at 9:30 am.

Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance, Royal Caribbean airport transfers or shore excursions. Getting off the ship

o Tune to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times.

o Once the Self-Assist announcement is made, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 4 with all your luggage.

Regular Departure

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 7:45 am and end at 9:30 am approximately.

Night Before

o Leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.

o Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.

Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers are required to check their bags the night before.

Departure Morning

o Your invoice will be emailed to you by the end of your cruise vacation.

o Don’t forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.

o Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called. Getting off the ship

Once your departure number is called on channel 2 on your stateroom television or on digital screens around the ship, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 4 using the elevators nearest to you.

o If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, then proceed to your transportation.

o Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal.

o Wheelchairs Assistance will be provided from The Tavern Bar from 7:45 am on a first come first served basis.

Note: Wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests travelling with birth certificates instead of passports.
