Wash Up & Watch Out!

To best prevent illnesses, wash your hands with soap and warm water after bathroom breaks and before eating. Feeling ill? Norovirus symptoms include upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. Should you experience any of these symptoms, contact our Medical Staff by dialing 51.

Assistive Listening System (ALS)

Guests may request and sign out Assistive Listening Systems (ALS) or Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) available at the Guest Services desk, Deck 5.

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Navigator of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

Animal Sighting Advisory

Occasionally, animals may find their way onboard our ships. For your safety, if you encounter any animals onboard, it is prohibited to interact with or touch them. We ask that you please report any sightings or encounters to any of our officers or crew.

Deck 4 Portside & Deck 12 Portside Aft. Smoking is allowed in Casino Royale only while actively playing in designated areas. Cigar and pipe tobacco is limited to designated outdoor areas. Electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes are only permitted within the designated smoking areas.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maître d' outside. The Maître d' can also assist you, with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

The evening before departure, you will receive the As You Depart flyer in your stateroom. The flyer details all the information you need to know for departure.

How to Purchase Internet Packages

GRATUITIES

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($21.00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverages, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Important Information about Tendering Ashore

Today we will use tenders to go ashore in Cabo, San Lucas. Tendering will start at approximately 1:00 pm. If you are planning to go ashore before 3:00 pm, you will require a tender ticket. Tender tickets are available from the Main Dining Room entrance, Deck 5 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. One member from your party can collect tender tickets for everyone travelling with you. Guests participating on a Royal Caribbean Shore Excursion, DO NOT REQUIRE A TENDER TICKET, please refer to the instructions on your Tour Ticket to go ashore. Last Tender back to the ship is 7:15 pm. Wheelchairs & scooters - If you are in a wheelchair or using a scooter, you do not need to collect a tender ticket, you may proceed to the Forward gangway that is located by the forward elevators and join us there on deck 1 with two members of your group. Please be advised that the peak time will be between 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm (approx).

Going Ashore via Tender

Crew members will guide you when entering and leaving the tenders. Always follow their instructions. Please remain seated in the tender until disembarkation begins and a crew member has indicated it is safe for you to stand.

Important Mexican Immigration Regulations

Please note that each port is under the control of the local authorities. Fines up to $15,000 USD can be imposed on guests failing to return onboard on time in Mexican ports of call.

Take Precautions Ashore

Avoid mass gatherings as a security precaution and avoid being late back to the ship. Be cautious and practice situational awareness when exploring new areas. If on a Shore Excursion, stick with your group. If travelling on your own, consider alternative routes and allow yourself extra travel time to and from the ship.

Just a Reminder

All guests ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult to depart and return to the ship at all ports of call destinations.

Local Port Agriculture Regulations

Local port regulations prohibit the addition or removal of agricultural items such as food, fruits, plants, flowers, sea shells, bulbs, and rocks to or from the ship.

Los Angeles Departure

Departure information is available on channel 7 with your Cruise Director Daniel. who will provide essential communication on the departure process tomorrow in Los Angeles. Please refer to the flyer sent to your stateroom for departure lounges and schedule. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, way finder maps and digital screens throughout the ship after this time. This is where the schedule will be continually updated. Please only depart the ship at your designated time.

Wheelchair Assistance

For wheelchair assistance in Los Angeles, please proceed starting at 7:30 am to the Boleros Bar, Deck 4 aft port-side, where our team will assist you with the wheelchair transfer to the terminal. Tonight, leave all your bags with luggage tags attached outside your stateroom door, no later than 10:00 pm. They will be delivered to the terminal where you will claim your bags in the area identified by the number on your luggage tag. This service is NOT for Self assist guests.
