Going To Downtown Sitka

For Guests with independent arrangements in Sitka, there is a complimentary shuttle bus operated by the port authorities that runs every 15-20 mins to Downtown. Feel free to kick back and relax in any of our public spaces on Deck 4 and above, while you wait for your shuttle bus ticket number to be called. Once your number is called, you’ll be invited to the gangway. The shuttles will be operating on a rotational basis while we’re in port, however, you can expect some waiting at peak times. Guests using mobility equipment may expect more time to be accommodated on and off of the shuttles. We’re sorry for the impact to your vacation, and we hope you understand that your safety and well-being comes first. Guests on RCCL Shore Excursions do not need the shuttle bus tickets. Please plan your visits ashore accordingly, as the entire shuttle process may add up to 30 – 45 minutes, round-trip. Last shuttle from town to the ship is at 5:00 pm

Mandatory Canadian Customs Form Submission

Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA) requires that All Guests onboard (including Canadian Citizens), including those who have no intention of going ashore in Victoria, complete a Mandatory Canadian Customs Form (E-311) sent to your stateroom. ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services sta , stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Glacier Viewing

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Mandatory Canadian Customs Form Submission

Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA) requires that All Guests onboard (including Canadian Citizens), including those who have no intention of going ashore in Victoria, complete a Mandatory Canadian Customs Form (E-311) sent to your stateroom. It is mandatory for the forms to be completed in a timely manner and returned back to the ship as this may impact the ship’s clearance in Victoria. We kindly ask that you hand over the completed form to your stateroom attendant or drop in the Drop Box at Guest Services no later than Noon today, if you’ve not yet done so. Please disregard if you have already submitted your Canadian Customs Form to the ship.

Glacier Viewing

The Captain and the Bridge team will do their best to sail in for a closer view of the glacier. However, sometimes it’s not possible in an effort to keep the ship safe. Nevertheless, the rest of the Fjord is incredible. Enjoy!

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial [7000] on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial [7000] from your stateroom phone.

DEPARTURE PROCESS

The evening before departure, you will receive the As You Depart flyer in your stateroom. The flyer details all the information you need to know for departure.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services sta , stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

HELPFUL TIPS FOR TODAY

Mandatory Canadian Customs Form Submission

Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA) requires that All Guests onboard (including Canadian Citizens), including those who have no intention of going ashore in Victoria, complete a Mandatory Canadian Customs Form (E-311) sent to your stateroom. It is mandatory for the forms to be completed in a timely manner and returned back to the ship as this may impact the ship’s clearance in Victoria. We kindly ask that you hand over the completed form to your stateroom attendant or drop in the Drop Box at Guest Services no later than Noon today, if you’ve not yet done so. Please disregard if you have already submitted your Canadian Customs Form to the ship.

• Reservations are recommended for all Specialty dining venues. Please visit the Royal Caribbean App, stop by dining venues or dial 7000 for reservations. Smart casual dress codes apply to all of our dining rooms. A cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation time.

• Our room service delivery is now contactless. We ask that you retrieve your meal trays from the trolley outside your door as crew will no longer set up room service inside your stateroom.
