The Hall Olympiad Closing Ceremony (HOCC) is an annual event held to mark the end of Hall Olympiad for the academic year, which includes the Inter-Hall Games and Inter-Hall Recreational Games
HOCC celebrates the achievements of all our recreational games participants and athletes, aptly closing off with the annual dance competition for all our hall dancers.
The theme for this year's HOCC is "Wabi-Sabi", a world view centred on the appreciation of transience and imperfection May we all appreciate the beauty in imperfection and end off this year's Hall Olympiad with a blast.
After a few tough years, HOCC is back live! We're extremely excited to be welcoming everyone into the Nanyang Auditorium to watch today's show, after all nothing beats having a live audience Our dancers have put in countless of hours, sweat and tears so that they can present their best possible performance today so remember to cheer as loud as you can for them! Preparing for this has not been the easiest but we pulled through so please, sit back, relax and enjoy!

Bionic 22/23 is made up of 17 passionate dancers (who are also obsessed with fruit juice) We provide a safe space for all our dancers to learn and discover their own expression in dance as most of us started our dance journey here. The journey to HOCC has not been easy (especially with so much back pain ) but it has been extremely fulfilling It has taught us strength and discipline, but most importantly, the importance of teamwork This piece would not have been possible without our choreographer and every single member of Bionic. To the members of Bionic 22/23, thank you for trusting the process and I hope this will be a core memory for you! We hope you enjoy our piece (Ps Please cheer for us, thank you.)

"Graveyard of Dreams - Where do lost dreams go?" This year's theme, Wabi-Sabi, is especially meaningful to Absolut3 Wabi-Sabi, to us, is appreciating and loving moments that escape us too quickly Moments of joy and laughter we share are impermanent; late-night suppers and singing are imperfect. Absolut3 is shaped by the kind and loving individuals of present and past We carry the hopes, dreams, and wishes of the dancers before us and bring them even further with us We hope that you will find and feel this special kind of feeling alongside us.

Ohmelette presents nude, a figment and reflection of one’s perversion painted by the transient selfsatisfaction that you’re getting away with what your dirty mind is thinking Therein lies the beauty of such thoughts, when not made known to others. Those thoughts are your own, fleeting and imperfect, yet beautiful in your own mind

Fame. Horror. Beauty. Pain. Hall 5 Quindanze would like to take you on a journey through the vignettes of three imperfectly-perfect pop culture icons in pursuit of their undying love for their craft Not all that glitters is gold fame comes at an unfathomable sacrifice. Their bodies, their sanity, their lives. Flashing lights. Paparazzi Invasive fans Tabloids Fame is imperfect and impermanent It is littered with cracks, and shatters our beloved stars under pressure But even then especially then aren't they so beautiful? To pay tribute to the greatest talents of their time, we present to you 'Behind the Wall of Fame'!

E14ctrified (pronounced electrified) is a tight-knitted family of dancers best known for "Locking", an energypacked dance genre which comprises of 'Hip Hop' and 'Funk' elements. We practiced, not only individually, but as a team of 26 to show who we are When we started learning the choreography, it soon became evident how important teamwork was in bringing the piece to life, where we are only as strong as our weakest link. It's safe to say that it was not an easy journey, but definitely a fulfilling one where friendships and memories made would last a lifetime! We are E14ctrified and this is our story What's yours?
In Blxvkout, we create a safe space for all dancers to learn and grow Despite being a small team this year, we will be performing for the audience an emotional piece for this year’s HOCC, choreographed by our instructor Ryan. This piece is about embracing death, which is commonly treated as an imperfection in the journey of life Under the creative direction and patient guidance of Ryan, we have been working hard to portray this unique piece, and we hope you will be touched by our performance as we bring you through the unavoidable cycle of life and death.
