B-FIT PERSONAL TRAINING

Need help reaching your health and fitness goals? Connect with a Certified Personal Trainer who’s invested in helping you succeed. Together, you’ll create a plan based on your goals, needs and strengths that will get you the results you want. With dedicated attention to you, your trainer will help you set specific, realistic goals, maximize your workout sessions and hold you accountable so those goals will be well within your reach.

Results will vary based on individual goals but improvements you can expect: Fat loss, strength gains, muscle toning, core strength, more mobility and endurance. Additional health benefits may include; lower cholesterol and blood pressure, improved A1C, HDL, LDL, & triglycerides.

B-FIT SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Reach your health goals with a few of your closest friends or meet new ones in a small group setting. Receive individualized attention from your trainer and motivation and encouragement from your friends that excites you to come back for more. Programs range from 4-6 weeks, are progressive in nature and or teach a specific skill and led by nationally certified personal trainers. Classes are 30 minutes –1 hour and require a minimum of 2 - maximum 6 participants.
