DR. DAVID LEE [Doctor]: Is a Licensed Dr. of Chiropractic in Georgia and Florida. He offers unique wellness scans that look at the whole body and the individual to make recommendations for treatment and complete wellness.
ANDREA MATHIS [Health Coach]: 20 + years experience. Owner of Georgia Weight Loss Center, Health Coach, ACE certified Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates, Certified in Reflexology and Thai Massage Practitioner, CPR & AED. Andrea has developed a comprehensive weight loss/ life style management program supported by local doctors, with a mission to encourage individuals to shift their thoughts surrounding food, exercise and overall health and wellness. The program educates and empowers participants to develop new skills for positive, sustainable eating, exercise, and stress management habits.
CHRIS NEWBURY [Health Coach]: 20+ year's experience. 40 year’s experience in martial arts. Certified Primal Health Coach, a program of diet-stress-sleep and exercise management. Certified Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer under National Academy of Sports Medicine. 7th Degree Black Belt and head instructor of Bridgemill Kajukenbo. Inducted into 5 International Martial Arts Halls of Fame. Instructor to local area residents, Military, Special Forces and First Responders nationwide. Southeastern Representative of the Kajukenbo Self Defense Institute. Also certified in Tai Chi and Chi Gong, CPR and AED. Software Sales Executive for IBM in North America.
JUDY COX [Personal Trainer]: Owner of TONE, One to one Exercise. Area promotions Director/ Presenter of Turbo Kick, PIYO and Hip Hop Hustle with Gold Rankings for Powder Blue Productions. Judy is certified and Nationally Accredited through AFFA, ACE, FITOUR, The School of Fitness and in sports nutrition with Lifestyle Management Associates. She is also CPR & AED certified through the American Red Cross where she was awarded the prestigious National Merritt Award in 2014. Her love for fitness and staying in shape over the last 25 years has motivated her to share that passion with others.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
LOW IMPACT TOTAL WORKOUT: Mondays 10:30am This moderate intensity class combines low impact cardio and strength exercises with core and stretching for a fun total body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.
FITNESS INFERNO: Tuesdays 8:15am This moderate to high intensity workout combines 3 rounds of 10 cardiovascular exercises with body weight and strength exercises to burn substantial calories, and strengthen all major muscle groups.
H.I.I.T. BLAST: Wednesdays 9:15am High intensity interval training helps you be more efficient in less time. Short bursts of intense exercise followed by short recovery breaks. Bodyweight exercises , plyometrics, and other training techniques maybe used.
PUMP IT UP EXPRESS: Thursdays 7:30am This high energy, 30 minute, calorie scorching, cardio and muscle endurance class, utilizes light to moderate weights, with lots of repetitions, for a total body workout
CARDIO KICKBOXING: Fridays 8:15am A fun, energetic class that combines choreographed movements of punches, kicks and knee strikes set to the latest music. Expect a full body workout that engages every muscle group, torches calories, build s lean muscle and improves flexibility, balance and coordination. BARRE/PILATES FUSION CLASS: Wednesdays 10:30am This full body conditioning class combines the fundamental principles of both Barre and Pilates. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on sculpting long, lean muscles while challenging the core with each movement. This low impact class is great for all ages and fitness levels.
KINDSTRETCH: Fridays 9:30am Learn movement patterns that promote full body control to Improve flexibility, mobility and joint strength.
GO4LIFE: Tuesdays 1:00pm This Senior Health Fitness program is designed by the National Institute on Aging and focuses on fitting exercise and physical activity in to daily living. It is for any Active Aging Adult who is currently exercising or in need of a guide to get moving or be more active. Individuals will exercise weekly, set goals, track progress, and receive nutrition guidance. To learn more go to: go4life.nia.nih.gov
All class fees are $3 per class or $32 per month (must be paid at the first of the month). Fees may be charged to your Member account. The above classes are inclusive in Golf Memberships. Please sign in at the desk upon entering the Fitness Center and indicate if you are a Golf Member or type of payment.

SPECIALTY GROUP FITNESS
Specialty fitness programs are short term (4-8 week) sessions that are goal specific and include an added personal experience.
CARDIO/STRENGTH CIRCUIT Mondays 7:00pm with Andrea. This cardio/strength, small group class is held in the cardio weight room. It is performed in a circuit format that moves from cardio vascular machines to weight machines. The class is designed for all fitness levels to tone muscles and increase meta- bolic function for more calories burned over a longer period of time. Members must register for the class each month (4x/month $20).
INTRODUCTION TO FITNESS Tuesday, March 10th at 7:00pm This is a once a month, small group, introduction to fitness class. It focuses on teaching proper use of the cardio and weight equipment, with an emphasis on how to get started and what options are available to help you reach your health and fitness goals. This Session is COMPLIMENTARY, and for MEMBERS ONLY. Call 770.345.2990 to register.


PILATES The Pilates workout utilizes a spring and pulley resistance system along with bodyweight movements to provide a challenging workout that builds core strength, endurance, coordination while improving flexibility and balance. MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM
Our system of study is comprised of primarily Chinese Kenpo and Emperado Method Kajukenbo with influence from the other styles such as Vee Jitsu, Judo, Jujitsu, and Kung Fu. As a result, the classes offer something for everyone. Practitioners of this program gain fitness, solid core values, selfconfidence, spiritual awareness and a proven means of defending themselves. The workouts are challenging but based on personalized and systematic progression. Classes for all ages.

THE PROGRAM This is an introductory program facilitated by a certified personal trainer and designed to educate our youth on fitness center etiquette, equipment use and proper form on equipment in the CARDIO/ WEIGHT ROOM ONLY. This program prepares our youth for future independent training.
THE BENEFITS Participants will learn: Respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, body awareness and self-confidence. Participants will gain: Muscle, strength, endurance, speed, agility, flexibility and preparation for future independent training.

TEEN INDEPENDENT EXERCISE PROGRAM Saturday, March 7th at 10:00am
This is a free introduction to the cardio/weight room class. It is taught by a certified personal trainer and appropriate for all teens ages 13 and up. This class is mandatory for all 13 and 14 years who want to exercise independently in the cardio/weight room only.
