Time Travel.

AND THERE IS SO MUCH,

SO MUCH TO SEE.

Someday it will become possible. But until it does, I want to immerse myself in history. I want to travel the world, to the places where magical moments occurred. I want to run my hands across the same rocks and stones that were touched by the people who shaped history, either in profound or unseen ways.

Time travel is made possible by slowing down the passage of time. And on this planet there are a few distant and isolated places where this is not only a reality, but a way of life.

The Shetland Islands is one of those places.

Located 50 miles north of the mainland of Scotland, it is truly a unique, and distant place, where old traditions reign.

Shetland is a place where those who have long passed have not truly left. And you can meet and get to know people who have continued to live much as their ancestors did.

And when I go, I will seek out those places and people.

Travel the same terrain and paddle along the same coastline as those that came before.

I will go back in time and it will change everything.
