媞將以觸動心靈的琴弦與香港小交響樂團演出這首 曠世之作。另外，挪威指揮家 薩斯達 將為您帶來史萬 遜的第二挪威狂想曲以及西貝遼士輝煌的第五交響曲， 具北歐管弦樂色彩。 深受樂評與觀眾歡迎的羅詠媞演奏足跡遍及世界各地， 曾與紐約愛樂樂團、波士頓交響樂團、新加坡交響樂 團、俄羅斯愛樂和茱莉亞樂團等合作，並於紐約林肯中 心、卡奈基音樂廳、華盛頓甘迺迪中心等演出。她亦活 躍於室樂演奏，曾與博羅美奧弦樂四重奏、馬友友及彭 美拉．法蘭克等演奏家合作。她近年的演出包括應聯合 國秘書長辦公室邀請於聯合國代表大會演出。

Elgar’s Cello Concerto is perhaps the most beloved work in the cello repertoire. Its deeply moving melodies have touched many heartstrings including film audiences. With the Hong Kong Sinfonietta, Wendy Law will perform this masterpiece under the baton of Norwegian conductor Bjørn Sagstad. The concert will also feature two symphonic works from Scandinavia - Svendsen’s folk-inspired Norwegian Rhapsody No 2 and Sibelius’ Symphony No 5, a sovereign masterpiece with divine inspiration: “God is opening his doors for a moment, and his orchestra is playing the fifth symphony.”

Winner of numerous awards, Wendy Law has appeared as soloist with renowned orchestras such as the New York Philharmonic, Boston Symphony, Singapore Symphony, Hong Kong Sinfonietta, Russian Philharmonic, Juilliard Orchestra and in venues including the Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall and Kennedy Center.

As an active chamber musician, she has collaborated with the Borromeo String Quartet, Yo-Yo Ma and Pamela Frank.
