Yip Wing-sie and Warren Mok, two towering musical figures in the region, come together in this special concert that pays tribute to music and the human voice.

They will be joined by soprano Sabina Cvilak, who recently sang Mimì in Opera Hong Kong’s La Bohème.

Giornale di Brescia Music Director Yip Wing-sie is also the Principal Guest Conductor of the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra. She was the winner of the 35th Concours International de Jeunes Chefs d’Orchestre de Besançon, France in 1985 and has since collaborated with many renowned orchestras and artists such as Fou Ts’ong, Shlomo Mintz, Anne-Sophie Mutter, Itzhak Perlman and Pinchas Zukerman. She has conducted at prestigious venues and festivals including the Vienna Musikverein, National Philharmonic Hall in Warsaw and Beijing Music Festival, among others.
