香港舞蹈總會（下稱『舞總』）於 1978 年 10 月成立，並於 2000 年改為有限公司，是本港第一 個非牟利多元舞蹈社團。創會成員為舞蹈界舉足輕重的人士，包括：陳寶珠、黎海寧、劉兆銘、 吳世勳、鄧孟妮、 鄭亞清 、 黃藝諳 及 郭世毅 等。建會以來，一直以推動香港舞蹈發展為己 任，積極保育、拓展本地的多元舞蹈文化。2024 年團體會員 260 個、個人會員及會友超過 4,450人。

舞總向來積極推廣舞蹈文化回饋社會，2018 年起獲社聯頒發【同心展關懷 15 +】獎勵。現為 聯合國教育、科學和文化組織轄下的國際舞蹈委員會( UNESCO- CID)會員及國際舞蹈組織 ( IDO)正式會員和香港地區代表。

除了 教育培訓及考試、演出製作、國際文化交流、出版 及 外展 等多元工作外，也積極參與社區 活動，屢獲康文署的場地贊助和大型活動委約以及香港藝術發展局的經費資助。近年，製作 之大型舞蹈詩《緣起敦煌》多次獲邀到北京參加國家級藝術節演出；2019 年更獲粵港澳 大灣區交流計劃支持，前往中山文化藝術中心及廣州大劇院，參加大灣區文化交流演出； 2021年再獲康文署邀請於香港文化中心大劇院作第九度公演，廣獲好評。 2022 年，透過舞總參與考試的學生及老師超過 10,000 人次，參與各製作演出的演員人數達 4,000 人次，而觀眾數目更達 45,000 人次。2023 年是舞總踏入 45 週年的日子，展望未來， 舞總將延續其建立舞蹈平台的角色，開發各式各樣惠及不同需要人士的舞蹈課程；聯絡海內、 外的舞蹈同業，提升整體藝術演出水平；並透過豐富的社區文藝活動，積極履行社會責任， 發揮舞蹈對人民生活的影響力，貢獻社會。

Hong Kong Dance Federation Limited (HKDF), established in October 1978 and incorporated as a limited company in 2000, is the first non-profit multifaceted dance organization in Hong Kong. All founder members were acclaimed personages in the dance society, including Pearl CHAN, Helen LAI, LAU Siu-ming, NG Sai-fun, Tania TANG and the late CHENG Ya-ching, WONG Ngai-yum and Stephen KWOK. It has always aimed at pushing forward Hong Kong’s dance development, actively preserving heritage and promoting local cultural diversity in dance. At present the HKDF boasts a total membership of 260 group members and more than 4,450 individual and associate members.

In 2018 the HKDF was awarded the Caring Organization 15+ Logo in recognition of its dedication and efforts in dance promotion and making contributions to the society. It is currently a member of the International Dance Council, an umbrella organization under UNESCO for all genres of dance, and a member and HK representative of the International Dance Organization.

Apart from the major work and services of Education and Examinations, Productions, International Cultural Exchange, Publication and Outreach, the HKDF also actively participates in community activities. It has acquired venue sponsorships and large-scale commissioned projects from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and received funding support from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. The grand dance poem Dunhuang Reflections has been invited to perform at national art festivals in Beijing a number of times. Supported

by the Greater Bay Area Exchange Scheme, the dance poem was staged at Zhongshan Culture & Art Center and Guangzhou Opera House in 2019. It was also invited by the LCSD to stage its 8th re-run at the Grand Theatre of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre in 2021 to great acclaim.

In 2022 over 10,000 students and teachers sat for dance examinations through the HKDF and 4,000 dancers were engaged in productions with an audience of approximately 40,000. 2023 marks the 45th Anniversary of the HKDF. We will continue to build platforms for dance exchange and development, introduce dance to people from all walks of life, explore new horizons in dance performances through collaborations and exchanges with dance practitioners from home and abroad, and to fulfill its social responsibilities by enriching community cultural activities and giving full play to the influence of dance on people's lives.

香港舞蹈總會在過去四十年，得到政府機構及社會熱 心人士支持，透過匯演平台及各項活動支持民間舞蹈 發展，讓舞蹈老師們獲得發揮機會。可是，資源的緊 絀亦限制了其發展規模和貢獻。因此，舞總在 2016 年 成立「香港舞蹈總會發展基金有限公司」(下稱「舞總 基金」)，申請成為直屬香港舞蹈總會監管的慈善組 織。其發展目標是透過各項不同性質的舞蹈公益及教 育活動，提升新一代舞蹈學員的文化素質及對社會的 承擔。主要的活動人士與香港舞蹈總會相同。

希望藉著這個慈善組織，能夠獲得更多熱愛舞蹈文化 人士的捐獻，以期進一步支持和推動香港各類的舞蹈 教育活動、舖設舞台的演創機會、對國內及海外的院 校進行文化交流工作，惠及香港市民。

舞總基金於 2019 和 2022 年成功舉辦了兩屆「舞蹈教 育提升計劃－編創傳承」，透過一系列的課程和演出 活動連結資深和新晉編舞，讓資深導師總結經驗，帶 領並培育有意在編導方向發展的年青人。計劃大獲好 評，參與的新晉編舞獲益良多。其創編的節目各有特 色，成效可見。

舞總基金亦曾支持多個項目，包括：2017 年一帶一路 敦煌文化藝術交流之旅、《緣起敦煌》於本港及粵港澳 大灣區多次重演；世界舞蹈日、紫荊盃舞蹈大賽、香港 街舞公開賽等。近年更頒發多個獎學金，鼓勵優秀舞 者提升個人水平。

Over the past forty years, under the auspices of government departments and ardent donors, Hong Kong Dance Federation (HKDF) has supported community dance development by providing dance teachers with performance platforms and various activities for making full use of their potential. But the tight resources have hampered its development and achievement, resulting in the need for the inception of Hong Kong Dance Federation Development Fund Limited (HKDF Fund) in 2016. The HKDF Fund is directly monitored by the HKDF. It targets at enhancing new generation’s cultural qualities and social responsibilities through different kinds of charitable and educational activities in dance; and its major participants are in sync with those of the HKDF.

It is the HKDF’s wish to obtain donations from dance lovers via this charitable organization and thereby further support and promote educational activities

in dance, offer opportunities for stage performances and creations, and encourage cultural exchanges with the mainland and overseas academies, bringing benefits to Hong Kong citizens.

The HKDF Fund launched a Dance Education Enhancement Scheme on Choreography Inheritance respectively in 2019 and 2022. The two courses brought experienced and emerging choreographers together by means of a series of lessons and a dance showcase so that experienced mentors could lead and nurture young dancers whose direction of development was choreography with their experiences. The schemes were highly acclaimed. The emerging choreographers learned a lot, and their creative works of individual characteristics demonstrated their effectiveness.

The HKDF Fund has supported events including One Belt One Road Dunhuang Cultural and Artistic Exchange of 2017, the re-runs of Dunhuang Reflections in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area, World Dance Day, Bauhinia Cup Dance Championships, and Hong Kong Street Dance Championships. In recent years it has also awarded scholarships to outstanding dancers to encourage them to improve their personal levels.

Foundations of the Inheritance and Promotion of Dance Culture

中國舞等級考試

課程

首個獲國家文化部認可跨省市的考試課程，為中國舞蹈建立規範 及評級標準。

香港舞蹈總會自 1989 年同步與北京舞蹈學院聯合推出課程，每 年春季及秋季期間為學員進行考核。舞總負責管理香港區 1 至 13 級課程的教師培訓及推廣，考試工作由香港考試及評核局代辦， 而北京舞蹈學院則委派考官主持考試。

截至 2023 年，參與考試人數接近 100,000 人，其中參與課程訓 練的教師超過 4,800人次。

為配合課程發展，曾辦「精英盃」( 2018 )、「中國舞等級考試課程 比賽」（2011、2013)等。

Beijing Dance Academy Syllabus for Chinese Dance Graded Examinations

The Syllabus fosters the proper training and standard of Chinese dance and is regarded as the first inter-provincial examination syllabus recognised by the Ministry of Culture.

Hong Kong Dance Federation (HKDF) and Beijing Dance Academy have jointly presented this syllabus since 1989, and the annual assessment is made every spring and autumn. The HKDF is responsible for managing its Grade 1-13 curriculum through teacher training and promotion, while the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority organizes the logistics of examinations and the Beijing Dance Academy appoints examiners to come to Hong Kong.

As of 2023, there are nearly 100,000 children trained under the syllabus and taking examinations, and over 4,800 teachers are trained in its teacher’s programmes.

The affiliated programmes extended from the Syllabus include Elite Cup Chinese Dance Competition (2018) and Chinese Dance Competition on Syllabus for Graded Examinations (2011, 2013).

澳洲聯邦舞蹈教師協會 考試課程

澳洲聯邦舞蹈教師協會成立於 1933年，現已發展成一個國際性的舞蹈考試 及評核機構。協會制定的多元舞蹈等級訓練課程除了被譽為澳洲最具權威 性外，還被多個地區採納為培訓年輕舞者的訓練系統，包括新加坡、馬來西 亞、泰國、印度、汶萊、菲律賓、印尼及中國大陸多個主要城市。

澳洲聯邦舞蹈教師協會為學生、職業及非職業舞者提供不同舞蹈類別的 考試課程，包括古典芭蕾舞、現代爵士舞、踢踏舞、劇場舞蹈、當代舞、幼兒 課程 Come Dance With Me及體育舞蹈等，並以 4E作為美育教學的 目標：

課程設計不單以考試為學習舞蹈的唯一途徑，更以舞台賽事提升學員的演 藝水平。如 2006年開始舉辧的「袋鼠盃舞蹈比賽」，優勝者獲推薦代表香港 參與國際性賽事「亞太區舞蹈比賽」等，均使學生及老師在課程中獲得更全 面的學習與發展。

截至 2023 年，參與課程的人數超過 150,000 人，培訓教師超過 4,200 人次，二十年間累積發出專業教師證書及文憑共 139份。

The Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing Examination Syllabus

Founded in 1933, the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD) is now one of the most recognised international dance examination and assessment institutions. The Syllabus it drew up not only becomes one of the most authoritative dance training programmes in Australia, but is also adopted by many regions to train young dancers, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Brunei, Philippines, Indonesia, and a good number of major cities in Mainland China.

The CSTD provides a variety of dance examination courses for students as well as professional and nonprofessional dancers, e.g. classical ballet, modern jazz, tap dance, theatrical dance, contemporary, early childhood course Come Dance with Me and dancesports, etc. The vision of the CSTD syllabus is to promote 4E of aesthetic education:

The course design not only adopts examinations as the only way to learn dance, but also encourages course participants to enter stage competitions to improve their performing skills. The organization of the annual Kangaroo Cup Dance Competition since 2016, and recommending winners to represent Hong Kong joining Asia Pacific Dance Competition do enable students and teachers to learn and develop comprehensive skills in the course.

As of 2023, the Syllabus has successfully drawn over 150,000 students into taking the examinations, 4,200 teachers joining various teacher training programmes, and 139 teachers obtaining training certificates or diplomas accredited by the CSTD.

Early Childhood Dance Programme

「趣學堂」幼兒舞蹈課程的宗旨是希望幼兒透過有趣 的學習體驗，發展自身潛能，培養優雅體態，成為愉快、 自信、樂群的新一代。課程按幼兒智力與體能發展設計， 以唱遊、律動、故事等形式來結合舞蹈，為幼兒的大小 肌肉訓練、手腳協調和感知發展奠下基礎。

Move for Fun aims to develop the potential of children and cultivate their elegant postures through interesting dance movement experiences so that children may become happy, confident, and social. Based upon children’s intellectual and physical development, the design of the curriculum combines singing, rhythms, and stories with dance to lay the foundation for muscle training, body coordination and sensory development.

國際民俗舞蹈研習課程

International Folk Dance Studies Programme

為了引起各界人士對各地民俗舞蹈的興趣及提升 民族舞學員的水平，舞總定期開辦中西民族舞蹈 課程，包括「新疆藝術學院持續進修學院普及舞蹈 課程」、「西方土風舞初級導師課程」及「東南亞舞蹈 系列－印尼舞蹈」。

To arouse public interest in international folk dance, the HKDF has launched various ethnic dance courses like Xinjiang Arts Institute Dance Examination Course, Western Folk Dance Instructor Course and Southeast Asian Dance Series - Indonesian Dance.

中華新樂舞

Zhonghua Xin Yuewu

《中華新樂舞》是北京舞蹈學院舞蹈考級院繼中國舞 等級考試課程後研發的舞蹈普及教育全新教材。課程 選取經典的詩詞歌賦作為情境，將舞蹈、詩歌、音樂、 美術、戲劇等藝術形式和內容融為一體。

香港舞蹈總會於 2024 年春季考試期間，首度引進《中華新樂舞》第一期教學證書 課程，首班的 12位老師都成功完成考核。

Zhonghua Xin Yuewu is another brand-new graded dance syllabus after the Chinese Dance Graded Examination for popularizing dance and education. It merges various Chinese poems’ background stories together with songs, dances, music and dramas. Hong Kong Dance Federation has held the first Teachers’ course in the Spring term this year and 12 teachers have completed the examination successfully!

舞蹈教育提升計劃

2019 年成功設立首個以編創為主題的進修平台，向香港的年青 舞蹈老師提供支援和進修階梯。課程得到北京舞蹈學院創意學院 及業界資深舞蹈家和舞台藝術家鼎力支持。透過大師班、工作坊 和演出活動等一系列的編導課程，將理論與實踐結合，並連結資 深和新晉導師，讓資深導師的編創經驗傳給新晉編舞，而新晉編 舞亦有機會直接獲得指導，把新思維展現在舞台上。

Dunhuang Reflections has been rerun 8 times and staged in Beijing, Zhongshan and Guangzhou since its premiere in 2015.

Based on the historical background of the intangible cultural heritage Heroic Dance, a dance drama that celebrates how the ancestors united and struggled in the difficult war years was premiered at the Chinese Culture and Dance Festival 2023.

舞蹈大賽及 國際舞蹈大賽

紫荊盃舞蹈大賽於 1994 年舉辦第一屆至今已成為 一項海內外公認為具專業水平的舞蹈賽事。經大會不 斷優化賽制及策劃，每次比賽吸引超過一百個節目， 接近 1,000 人次參加賽事。參加團體或隊伍除可磨 練學生們的舞蹈技巧外，亦鼓勵導師編創，推動香港 原創精神。2018 及 2022 年度賽事更成為國際舞蹈 組織( IDO )的認可國際賽事。2022 年亦同期舉行 「簡易集體舞創作大賽」。

The Championships, since inception in 1994, is now a professional dance competition locally and internationally which draws more than 100 teams and nearly 1,000 dancers into competing for the awards. This platform not only allows participants to obtain chances to polish dance skills, but also encourages choreographers and instructors to create new works and in turn promote originality in Hong Kong. The Championships became an IDO licensed event in 2018 and 2022. In 2022, Easy Dances for All Competition was also held.

Started in 1996, Dance Expo is a large-scale performance that showcases Hong Kong's diverse dance culture and spans social classes. It attracts more than 50 local dance organizations and about 1,000 dancers share the stage each time.

International Dance Camp for Youth

自 2004 年開始，舞蹈營已成為舞總每年暑假的指定 活動，更成為年青學員熱切期待的暑期節目。百多位年青 人，包括本地及外地學生，一同接受來自世界各地舞蹈名 師的教導，共同渡過三數天多元且密集的課程，藉此豐富 他們的藝術視野。

Since 2004 the Dance Camp has become a summer mustgo for youngsters. More than a hundred participants are blessed by having intensive training from internationally renowned dance teachers, which helps to widen their vision in dance.

舞總為聯合國教科文組織屬下的國際舞蹈委員會(簡稱 UNESCO- CID) 正式會員，自 2010年起一直響應倡議，於每年

4月 29日前後的一星期舉辦世界舞蹈日相關的舞蹈活動。2016年更開始邀請兩岸四地的舞者一起參與，並逐步將舞蹈日 的正能量拓展到弱勢社群，藉以拉近文化，促進社會共融。曾擔任活動的主禮嘉賓包括時任特首林鄭月娥及政務司司長 張建宗等。每年派發約 15,000張參與證書。

As a full member of UNESCO International Dance Council (UNESCO-CID), the HKDF has been organising World Dance Day since 2010. The annual event was also promoted in Mainland China, Taiwan and Macao in 2016, and is extending its positive energy to underprivileged groups locally, in hope of building an inclusive society and promoting social integration through dance. Guests of Honour who have officiated at the event include the then Chief Executive Carrie LAM CHENG Yuet-ngor and Chief Secretary for Administration Matthew CHEUNG Kin-chung. Approximately 15,000 participation certificates are distributed every year.

舞蹈比賽系列 International Dance Competition (IDO) Series

舞總於 2013年加入這國際認可的舞蹈比賽組織，2015年 成為正式會員，藉以推薦本地舞團參加國際性舞蹈比賽， 從而提高本地比賽規格和水平。過去幾年，本港舞者均 獲得亮麗的成績。

To encourage local students to raise their standards to international level, the HKDF joined the International Dance Organization (IDO) in 2013 and became a full member in 2015. Over the last few years, a number of dancers have obtained good results from the events.

《香港舞訊》是民間團體發展的重 要印記，期刊形式出版，記錄本地 舞蹈發展的趨勢，附以舞蹈教育的 實用資料和參考，增進導師和學員 對舞蹈的認識。

Hong Kong Dance Info is an important imprint to record the development of local dance groups. It is published periodically which provides the current update of the local dance scene. It is accompanied by practical information and references of dance education to enhance instructors and students' understanding of dance.

香港舞蹈總會出版，結集冼源老師多年對香港作品的評論。

Published by the HKDF, the publication compiles Mr SIN Yuen's critics on local dance works over the years.

舞總成立以來，一直協助政府多個部門（包括前康體 處、前市政局及區域市政局、現康樂及文化事務署—

康體部門確認之總會）推動本港舞蹈發展工作，大力 開拓本地舞蹈基層文化，屢獲香港藝術發展局、民政 事務總署、康樂及文化事務署及多個全港性大型活動 主辦機構的經費資助、場地贊助或演出委約。另外， 舞總多年與民間不同組織的合作，建構了堅碩的支援 網絡，為社區不同活動提供顧問、轉介及推薦服務。

The HKDF has been collaborating with various governmental bodies (including former Urban Council and District Urban Council, the present Leisure and Cultural Services Department) in promoting local dance development. Its effort has gained recognition in terms of financing, venue renting, and invitation from Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Home Affairs Department, Leisure and Cultural Services Department, and many others.

The HKDF has also collaborated with various NGOs and established a solid support network, providing consultation, referral, and recommendation services to community activities.

The HKDF has spared no effort to promote social inclusion. In 2019, it launched the first 'How to teach dance training program for people with autism and intellectual disabilities', with the purpose of strengthening dance teachers' understanding of people with special needs; and starting from 2020, it has also launched Disability in Sports Training Programme, which enables dance instructors to master practical skills in helping the needy in the society to share the benefits and fun of dance.

Invited by the Early Childhood Education Center of the Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), the HKDF arranged a series of training sessions that provided early childhood teachers with useful dance training tools and advice for their teaching career. 香港舞蹈總會舉辦的「紫荊盃舞蹈大賽」是一項全港性及 國際性具獎金的舞蹈公開比賽，為香港舞蹈界提供一個 高水平的創作發表平台，每一屆比賽都帶來了不少高質 量的作品，展示香港舞者編、創、演的水平，得到本港及 港外舞蹈界人士的認同和讚賞。比賽優勝者可獲獎金及 精英舞蹈課程獎學金，鼓勵獲獎者繼續進修舞蹈，提高 水平。

The Hong Kong Dance Federation set up the Hong Kong Dance Federation Development Fund in 2016, aiming to join hands with people from all walks of life who love dance culture to enhance dance education, expand performance opportunities, and strengthen exchanges with the mainland and overseas. Various schemes are established under the Fund to foster talents exploration, creativity nourishment and the pursuance of artistic excellence in dance. Supplemented by quality art education programmes, we hope to create a harmonious society through dance.

1. Talents Nourishment Scheme

The Dance Education Enhancement Scheme first held in 2019 is a training platform furnishing the new generation of young choreographers with a series of ladders of advance study and technical support of choreography.

2. Production Enhancement Scheme

Supporting HKDF’s production is not only about creating new works but also taking local created works to mainland and overseas for cultural exchanges. By doing so, highlevel performances and new experiences in dance can be brought to societies in Hong Kong and neighbours.

3. Discounted Ticket Supporting Scheme

The scheme allows more discounted or free tickets to be distributed to students, elderly or underprivileged communities, enabling them to enjoy high-quality performances and obtain chances to be nourished by arts.

4. Outstanding Talents Rewards Scheme

Bauhinia Cup is highly regarded as a professional dance competition in the region. Each time, winners are awarded cash prizes for their excellence in choreography and performance. We would like to continue to motivate and reward talented choreographers, teachers and dancers so that they may pursue artistic excellence further and bring dance culture to the next level.
