Use the 15 units of Free Electives to take courses to strengthen the Major, claim a Minor, or claim the Gender Studies Concentration.

If you would like to take a Minor programme, remember to fulfill the Minor programme requirements.

The Gender Studies Concentration aims at delivering a unique opportunity for students to add breadth to their major studies, through being exposed to the way gender intersects with a variety of spheres of knowledge, power relations, and professional settings.

SURVEY RESEARCH

Sociology students will learn computing, statistical and survey research skills here.

The Lab is open for bookings for group discussions of projects and assignments, and other student activities. Check with the General Office (Miss Beatrice Lui, tel: 3411 5684) for booking procedures.
