TASKS FOR ADVISERS AND EDITORS
Getting your eDesign book ready to roll requires a few simple tasks. Use this guide to help you! You can access instructions and video tutorials for everything right inside eDesign. Simply click the Help button, and within the Help widget, type any of the topics listed below. You’ll be offered assistance with clickable walk-throughs in pop-up windows that take you step-by-step through the task. You can also view the video tutorials right where you’re at in eDesign. STEP 1: FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH eDESIGN

Delete any old staff. Activate returning staff members. Create logins for new members.
Activate a book style. (optional) Activate fonts you want accessible. Edit/create character styles. Activate colors (or blend your own). Skip the topics tab for now! Import the Master List. Set staff deadlines for pages. Set Page Design preferences. Set Send and Sell preferences. Establish Coverage Report settings.
