Many contractors will give you a quote and then “change order” you to death…not HiTech. We spend a lot of time, up front, with your people to fully understand your needs and fully quote your project accordingly… THE FIRST TIME.

SERVICES TURNKEY

We can handle all your needs from site planning and permitting right through to commissioning and everything in between. If there are parts of the process that your team would like to handle, no problem! We will fully support and accommodate you every step of the way. We are very flexible in how we establish our working relationship with you.

DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

No cookie cutter approach here! Our design team works closely with you to determine your exact requirements so you get the right “fit” the first time. We do not like designing on the fly any more than you do, so we invest in the process from the beginning in order for you to have the peace of mind you have the right design. We take care of engineering at all levels to ensure you have quality and safety well taken care of.

GENERAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Civil work, foundation and concrete, wood or membrane building, electrical and mechanical installation are all facets of the project we manage for you. We engage only quality, proven subcontractors with the proper qualification such as COR, and manage them throughout the entire project including our own installation crews.

EQUIPMENT SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION

Hi Tech carries the full lines of Ranco, Doyle and Meridian equipment and bins, as well as our own fabricated components. We can supply only, or install with our longtime competent site crews.

MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADING OF EXISTING HANDLING FACILITIES

We can handle the upkeep, upgrading and retrofitting of your existing seed, feed, grain and fertilizer facilities.

Our crews can handle all on site repairs and fabrication.
