Administrative VII Nava Raipur

The administrative block, influenced by Ar. Le Corbusier, seamlessly combines exposed brick and concrete to create a timeless yet sustainable aesthetic. Strategically placed windows, inspired by brise-soleil, maximize natural light, reducing reliance on artificial lighting. A green facade, adorned with native vegetation, promotes energy efficiency and a harmonious connection with the surroundings. Rainwater harvesting systems contribute to sustainable water management.

Inside, the open-plan layout fosters a flexible and collaborative workspace. Passive cooling strategies ensure a comfortable indoor environment, showcasing a commitment to both form and function in the pursuit of a sustainable future.

Double Skin Façade An Ornate Double façade Skin that Filters Air Pollution - The façade cleans the air entering the building as well as the air in the urban scenario. The tiles can be assembled based on the façade design and are also used to block the solar heat gain inside the building as well as on the moss concrete (exterior façade finish) . The inner layer of the façade is complimented with a layer of insulation.

Institutional VII Nava Raipur

The College Department Block, influenced by the visionary B. V. Doshi, seamlessly marries tradition and innovation with a robust exterior of brick and concrete. Drawing inspiration from Doshi’s contextual approach, the design prioritizes energy efficiency and climate responsiveness through large windows and shading devices. Courtyards, featuring breakout spaces and green elements, become focal points for social interaction and peer-to-peer learning. Inside, flexible floor plans encourage collaboration,while the green spaces provide a space to rest your eye. This transformative space, a luminal nexus for the academic community, embodies Doshi’s ethos of architecture as a force for learning, community, and environmental responsibility.

Residential VI Dehradun 300sqm

This “Pre-fab” project revolves around premodular construction, emphasizing the use of prefabricated materials. Three of us, as a collaborative team, tackled different aspects of the design’s development. Our architectural approach involves strategic interventions to improve user engagement and spatial utilization. We achieved this by incorporating relocatable prefabricated partitioning systems, aligning with the concept of dynamic space manipulation.
