CloudRent set to revolutionise hire and rental
It’s a journey that’s taken Ron Neville from guitarist to gig-booker to app developer. Now, his rental software system is set to revolutionise hire and rental.
He’s long been an ambitious entrepreneur, once owning and managing technology retail stores in Sydney in the 1990s. However, in the early 2000s, he followed a different path, leaving Sydney for the Gold Coast to focus on his passion for music.
While playing and singing in venues became his livelihood, managing bookings became an increasing burden. Determined to address this issue, Ron developed a small application to streamline the booking process. Word spread quickly until one of his clients, who toured with major Australian bands, expressed a need for the software.
Recognising the growing demand, Ron expanded his application, dedicating countless hours to refining it. This gave birth to CloudRent.
He assembled a highly talented team of developers and members from within the rental industry who shared his vision and had a unique understanding of the complexities of the rental market, developing CloudRent as a compelling solution to meet industry needs.
“CloudRent provides users with an intuitive interface and simplifies rental processes, so anyone can use it,” says Ron. “The CloudRent solution is easy to install and is accessible on desktop, Android and Apple devices. The best part is that it is competitively priced, ensuring CloudRent appeals to a broad spectrum of rental companies.”
CloudRent launched its new full SaaS solution at HIRE23 in Sydney. With its cutting-edge cloud-based solution and an exhibitor space which was colourful, engaging and appealing to visitors, the energetic and passionate team at CloudRent showcased their intuitive and modern application to visitors and customers, making the launch of their SaaS solution a great success!
Ron’s journey from entrepreneur to musician and founder of a successful technology business is a testament to following one’s passions. His story inspires individuals to pursue their dreams, no matter how unconventional they seem.
