ﻭﺍﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ :ﺃﻥ ﺃﺳـﺎﺱ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﲔ ﺍﻹﻧﺴـﺎﻥ ﻭﺃﺧﻴﻪ ﺍﻹﻧﺴـﺎﻥ ﻫﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﻭﻟﻴـﺲ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺍﺀ ،ﺑﻞ ﺇﻥ ﺃﺳـﺎﺱ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﲔ ﺍﻹﻧﺴـﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻜﻮﻥ ﻫـﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻼﺡ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ،ﳑﺎ ﻳﺆﻛﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﺍﺳـﺘﻘﺮ ﰲ ﻋﻘﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﳌﺴـﻠﻢ ﻣـﻦ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺼـﺮﺍﻉ ﻃـﺎﺭﺉ ،ﻭﺃﻥ ﺍﻷﺳـﺎﺱ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ. ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺍﺑﻊ :ﺃﻧﻪ ﻣﺎ ﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﻌﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻢ ﻣﺴﺆﻭﻟﻴﺔ ﻛﺒﲑﺓ ﰲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ،ﻭﻫﻲ ﻋﻮﺩﺓ ﺍﻻﺳـﺘﻘﺮﺍﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺴـﻠﻢ ﺇﻟﻴﻬـﺎ ،ﻭﺇﺎﺀ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﺮﺍﻉ ﻭﺍﻟﻨــﺰﺍﻉ ،ﻓﺘﻠﻚ ﺍﳌﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺗﺘﺮﺗﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳـﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﻟﻮ ﺍﻃﻠﻊ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻬﺎﺟﻢ ﺍﻹﺳـﻼﻡ ﺑﻐﲑ ﻋﻠﻢ ،ﻻﻋﺘﺬﺭ ﻟﻸﻣﺔ ﰲ ﺗﺮﺍﺛﻬﺎ ﻭﰲ ﺗﺎﺭﳜﻬﺎ، ﻭﺍﻫﺘﺪﻯ ﺎ ﰲ ﺳﲑﻩ ﻹﺻﻼﺡ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﱂ ﺑﺄﺳﺮﻩ. ﺍﳋﺎﻣﺲ :ﺃﻥ ﻳﺘﻮﺍﺿﻊ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﳋﺎﻟﻘﻪ ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ،ﺣﻴﺚ ﻳﺪﺭﻙ ﺍﻹﻧﺴـﺎﻥ ﻧﻘﺼﻪ ﻭﺍﺣﺘﻴﺎﺟﻪ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﺎ ﺣﻮﻟﻪ ،ﻓﻬﻮ ﰲ ﺣﺎﺟﺔ ﺩﺍﺋﻤﺔ ﻟﻠﻬﻮﺍﺀ ﺍﳋﺎﺭﺟﻲ ﻟﻠﺘﻨﻔﺲ ،ﻭﻟﻠﻤﺎﺀ ﻟﻠﺸـﺮﺏ ﻭﻟﻠﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﻟﻸﻛﻞ ﻭﻟﻠﻨﻮﻡ ،ﻭﻟﻘﻀﺎﺀ ﺍﳊﺎﺟﺔ ﻭﻟﻠﺰﻭﺟﺔ ﻭﻟﻸﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﻭﻟﻸﺻﺪﻗﺎﺀ ،ﻭﺍﷲ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻐﲏ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺑﺘﻮﻓﲑ ﻛﻞ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻟـﻪ ،ﻓﻴﺘﻮﺍﺿﻊ ﻟﻌﻈﻤﺔ ﺍﷲ ﻭﻳﺘﻘﲔ ﻣﻦ ﻓﻘﺮﻩ ،ﻭﻳﻌﻠﻢ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻏﲑ ﻗﺎﺩﺭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻘﻼﻝ ﺑﻌﻴﺪﺍ ﻋﻦ ﺍﷲ ﻭﻓﻀﻠﻪ. ﻭﺍﷲ ﻗـﺪ ﺧﻠﻖ ﺍﻷﻛﻮﺍﻥ ﳐﺘﻠﻔـﺔ ﰲ ﻇﺎﻫﺮﻫﺎ ،ﻟﻜﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﺘﺤﺪﺓ ﰲ ﺍﳍﺪﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﻐﺎﻳﺔ .ﻓﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﳋﻼﻑ ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﺇﳕﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻟﻠﺘﻨﻮﻉ ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﻟﻠﺘﻀﺎﺩ .ﻓﺎﻟﻠﻴﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎﺭ ﻳﺸـﻜﻼﻥ ﻳﻮﻣﺎ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺍ ،ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﺧﺼﺎﺋﺺ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮ ﻭﺍﻷﻧﺜﻰ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﺧﺼﺎﺋﺺ ،ﻭﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻭﻇﻴﻔﺔ ،ﻭﺍﳊﺎﻛﻢ ﻭﺍﳌﺤﻜﻮﻡ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻭﻇﻴﻔﺔ ،ﻭﺍﻟﻐـﲏ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻘﲑ ،ﻭﺃﻏﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﺜﻨﺎﺋﻴﺎﺕ ﺧﻠﻘﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻗﺪﺭﻳـﺔ .ﻓﺎﳋﻠﻘﻴﺔ ﻛﺎﻟﻠﻴﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻬـﺎﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮ ﻭﺍﻷﻧﺜﻰ، ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺪﺭﻳﺔ ﻛﺎﳊﺎﻛﻢ ﻭﺍﳌﺤﻜـﻮﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻐﲏ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻘﲑ .ﻭﲰﻴﻨﺎﻫﺎ ﻗﺪﺭﻳﺔ ﻟﻨﻔﺮﻗﻬﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺍﳋﻠﻘﻴﺔ ،ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺳﻌﻲ ﻟﻺﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭ ﻭﻛﺴﺐ ،ﺇﻻ ﺃﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻓﻀﻞ ﺍﷲ ﻭﻗﺪﺭﻩ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ. ﳓﺘﺎﺝ ﺇﱃ ﻓﻬﻢ ﻋﻤﻴﻖ ﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ،ﻓﺈﻥ ﰲ ﻓﻬﻤﻬﺎ ﺍﳋﲑ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﲑ ،ﻭﰲ ﺗﺮﻙ ﻓﻬﻤﻬﺎ ﻭﻋﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﻜﺸـﺎﻓﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺸﺮ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﲑ ،ﻓﺈ ّﻥ ﻓﻬﻢ ﺳﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﳚﻌﻞ ﺃﺻﻞ ﺍﳋﻠﻖ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻢ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﺍﻟﺼﺮﺍﻉ ،ﻭﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﻳﻔﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑـﲔ ﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮ ﻭﺍﻷﻧﺜﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃـﺎ ﺧﻠﻘﺖ ﻟﻠﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ،ﲞﻼﻑ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺪﻋﻮ ﺇﱃ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻷﺻﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺼﺮﺍﻉ ،ﻭﺃﻧﻪ ﳚﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌـﺮﺃﺓ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺼﺎﺭﻉ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﻞ ﻟﺘﺤﺼـﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻬﺎ،
ﻭﺃﻥ ﺍﳌﺤﻜﻮﻡ ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺼـﺎﺭﻉ ﺍﳊﺎﻛﻢ ﻟﻠﺤﺼﻮﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ ،ﻭﺃﻥ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺼﺎﺭﻉ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻥ ﺣﱴ ﳛﺼﻞ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻣﻨﻔﻌﺘﻪ ،ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﺍﺳـﺘﻘﺮ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻔﻜﺮ ﺍﻹﻏﺮﻳﻘﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻓﻜﺮﺓ ﺻﺮﺍﻉ ﺍﻵﳍﺔ ﻭﺍﻧﺘﺼﺎﺭ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎﻳﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ. ﻭﻓﻬﻢ ﺳـﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﻻ ﻳﻨﻔﻲ ﺣـﺪﻭﺙ ﺍﻟﺼﺮﺍﻉ ﺃﻭ ﺇﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺣﺪﻭﺛﻪ ﻭﻭﻗﻮﻋﻪ ،ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﻓﺮﻕ ﺑﲔ ﺃﻥ ﳒﻌﻠﻪ ﺃﺻﻼ ﻟﻠﺨﻠﻘﺔ ﻻ ﳝﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺍﺭ ﻣﻨـﻪ ،ﻭﺑﲔ ﺃﻥ ﳒﻌﻠﻪ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺎﺭﺿﺔ ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻧﺴـﻌﻰ ﻹﺎﺋﻬﺎ ﺣﱴ ﺗﺴﺘﻘﺮ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻊ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺧﻠﻘﻪ ﺍﷲ. ﻫـﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻔـﺮﻕ ﻋﻨﺪ ﻓﻬﻤﻪ ﺑﲔ ﺍﳌﻌﲎ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺣﻲ ﻟﻠﺠﻬﺎﺩ ﰲ ﺳـﺒﻴﻞ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺑﲔ ﺍﳊﺮﺏ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺗﺸﻦ ﻫﻨﺎ ﻭﻫﻨـﺎﻙ ﻷﺟﻞ ﺍﳌﺼﺎﱀ ﻭﺍﳍﻴﻤﻨﺔ ﻭﺍﻻﺳـﺘﻌﻼﺀ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﺴﺎﺩ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ. ﺎﺱ ﺍﺗﱠ ُﻘﻮﺍ َﺭﺑﱠ ُﻜ ُﻢ ﺍﻟﱠ ِﺬﻱ َﺧﻠَ َﻘ ُﻜ ْﻢ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ﴿ :ﻳَﺎ ﺃَﻳﱡ َﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﱠ ُ ـﻦ ﻧَ ْﻔ ٍﺲ َﻭ ِ ِﺟﺎﻻً ﺍﺣ َﺪ ٍﺓ َﻭ َﺧﻠ َ َﻖ ِﻣﻨْ َﻬﺎ َﺯ ْﻭ َﺟ َﻬﺎ َﻭﺑَ ﱠﺚ ِﻣﻨْ ُﻬ َﻤﺎ ﺭ َ ِﻣ ْ ـﺎﺀ َﻭﺍﺗﱠ ُﻘﻮﺍ ﺍﷲَ ﺍﻟﱠ ِﺬﻱ ﺗَ َﺴ َﺎﺀﻟُﻮ َﻥ ﺑِ ِﻪ َﻭﺍﻷَ ْﺭ َﺣ َﺎﻡ ﺇِ ﱠﻥ َﻛﺜِﲑًﺍ َﻭﻧِ َﺴ ً ﴿ﻭ َﺟ َﻌﻠْﻨَﺎ ﺍﷲَ َﻛﺎ َﻥ َﻋﻠَﻴْ ُﻜ ْﻢ َﺭﻗِﻴﺒًﺎ﴾)ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ ،(١:ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪَ : ﺍﻟﻠﱠﻴْ َﻞ َﻭﺍﻟﻨﱠ َﻬ َﺎﺭ ﺁﻳَﺘَﻴْ ِ ـﻦ ﻓَ َﻤ َﺤ ْﻮﻧَﺎ ﺁﻳَ َﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﱠﻴْ ِﻞ َﻭ َﺟ َﻌﻠْﻨَﺎ ﺁﻳَ َﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﱠ َﻬﺎ ِﺭ ﲔ ـﺮ ًﺓ ﻟِﺘَﺒْﺘَ ُﻐﻮﺍ ﻓَ ْﻀ ً ﺍﻟﺴـﻨِ َ ﻼ ِﻣ ْﻦ َﺭﺑِّ ُﻜ ْﻢ َﻭﻟِﺘَ ْﻌﻠ َُﻤﻮﺍ َﻋ َﺪ َﺩ ِّ ُﻣﺒْ ِﺼ َ َﻭﺍﻟ ِ ﻼ﴾)ﺍﻹﺳﺮﺍﺀ ،(١٢:ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺎﺏ َﻭ ُﻛ ﱠﻞ َﺷ ْﻲ ٍﺀ ﻓَ ﱠﺼﻠْﻨَ ُﺎﻩ ﺗَ ْﻔ ِﺼﻴ ً ْﺤ َﺴ َ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ﴿ :ﻗُ ِﻞ ﺍﻟﻠ ُﱠﻬ ﱠﻢ َﻣﺎﻟِ َﻚ ﺍﻟ ُْﻤﻠ ِ ـﺎﺀ ْﻚ ﺗُ ْﺆﺗِﻲ ﺍﻟ ُْﻤﻠ َ ْﻚ َﻣ ْﻦ ﺗَ َﺸ ُ ـﺎﺀ َﻭﺗُ ِﻌ ﱡﺰ َﻣ ْﻦ ﺗَ َﺸ ُﺎﺀ َﻭﺗُ ِﺬ ﱡﻝ َﻣ ْﻦ ﺗَ َﺸ ُﺎﺀ ِﻉ ﺍﻟ ُْﻤﻠ َ َﻭﺗَﻨْﺰ ُ ْﻚ ِﻣ ﱠﻤ ْﻦ ﺗَ َﺸ ُ ـﻲ ٍﺀ ﻗَ ِﺪ ٌﻳﺮ﴾)ﺁﻝ ﻋﻤﺮﺍﻥ،(٢٦: ﺑِﻴَ ِﺪ َﻙ ﺍﻟ َ ْﺨﻴْ ُﺮ ﺇِﻧﱠ َﻚ َﻋﻠَﻰ ُﻛ ِّﻞ َﺷ ْ ﺾ َﺩ َﺭ َﺟ ٍ ـﻮ َﻕ ﺑَ ْﻌ ٍ ﺎﺕ ﻭﻗـﺎﻝ ﺗﻌﺎﱃَ : ﴿ﻭ َﺭﻓَ ْﻌﻨَـﺎ ﺑَ ْﻌ َﻀ ُﻬ ْﻢ ﻓَ ْ ـﺨﺮِﻳًّﺎ َﻭ َﺭ ْﺣ َﻤـﺔُ َﺭﺑِّ َﻚ َﺧﻴْ ٌﺮ ِﻣ ﱠﻤﺎ ﻟِﻴَﺘﱠ ِﺨ َﺬ ﺑَ ْﻌ ُﻀ ُﻬ ْﻢ ﺑَ ْﻌ ًﻀﺎ ُﺳ ْ ﻳَ ْﺠ َﻤ ُﻌﻮ َﻥ﴾)ﺍﻟﺰﺧﺮﻑ.(٣٢ : ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﻭﻫـﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﳚﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﲔ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﻞ ﻭﺍﳌﺮﺃﺓ ﻣﺂﳍﺎ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﺴـﻜﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﺴـﻜﻴﻨﺔ ﻭﺇﱃ ﺍﳌﻮﺩﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﲪﺔ ﻭﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﻭﻋﻤﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺴـﻞ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﱀ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻱ ،ﻳﻘﻮﻝ َﻜ ْﻢ ِﻣ ْﻦ ﺃَﻧْ ُﻔ ِﺴ ُ َﻖ ﻟ ُ ﺍﺟﺎ ﴿ﻭ ِﻣ ْﻦ ﺁﻳَﺎﺗِ ِﻪ ﺃَ ْﻥ َﺧﻠ َ ـﻜ ْﻢ ﺃَ ْﺯ َﻭ ً ﺗﻌﺎﱃَ : ﻟِﺘَ ْﺴ ُ ـﻜﻨُﻮﺍ ﺇِﻟَﻴْ َﻬﺎ َﻭ َﺟ َﻌ َﻞ ﺑَﻴْﻨَ ُﻜ ْﻢ َﻣ َﻮ ﱠﺩ ًﺓ َﻭ َﺭ ْﺣ َﻤ ًﺔ ﺇِ ﱠﻥ ﻓِﻲ َﺫﻟِ َﻚ َﻵﻳَ ٍ ﺎﺕ ﻟِ َﻘ ْﻮ ٍﻡ ﻳَﺘَ َﻔ ﱠﻜ ُﺮﻭ َﻥ﴾)ﺍﻟﺮﻭﻡ.(٢١: ﺫﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣـﻞ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﳚﻌﻞ ﺍﳊﺎﻛـﻢ ﻭﺍﳌﺤﻜﻮﻡ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺑﻌﺔ -ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺩ )٢٠٠٩ (١٥
