INTRODUCTION TIPS ON BUYING
• Analyse Historical Sales Reporting: Look at your previous years’ sales trends to understand which products sold best, which hardware categories were in demand, and in what quantities.
• Relook at your Ranging: It is important to have a close look at your “ranging” within key categories. Take for example, hardware – if you have 4 to 5 brands, do you really need this many? What do your sales reports tell you over the last 2/3 years. Is it time to revise this for the 2026 season?
• Don’t get tempted by deals: Sometimes trying to reach pre-book discount levels isn’t always the best for profit. Having to reduce the price of remaining stock in order to sell can make those minimal discounts pointless. Order little and often; sell through is key to cash flow!
Check your TGI terms: The Price Guide is on MyTGI for easy access to your group’s terms with Partner Suppliers. Often, you’ll find pre-book minimums are lower and settlements are better. Remember to have the Price Guide on hand when placing those pre-books.
Use a Budget Planner: Used correctly (it is a lot simpler than you may think) this is one of the most precise tools for analysing and managing your pre-book spending. It will show you how to allocate your pre-book spend per brand within each of the key categories. Your Retail Consultant has budget planner templates should you require one.
• Customer Survey/Feedback: Do you know your customers? Your Retail Consultant can set up a customer survey for you based around the brands you currently have in-store and potential newcomers. This will help identify your target customer groups. Remember the golden rule - these are the people you are buying products for, not yourself.

2025 has delivered some defining moments for Callaway, including Alex Noran’s 2nd win at the BMW PGA Championship, with a full bag of Callaway equipment that included new Opus SP Wedges, a new Apex UW, a Chrome Tour Golf Ball, and an Odyssey Putter. In addition to that, Minjee Lee captured her third career major at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. Her success was driven by the Elyte Driver, Chrome Tour X ball and Odyssey Putter.

Our illuminated ball POS fixtures have delivered great results and is driving 4 times the rate of sale vs stockists without POS (Source: Datatech).
Tour Response magnetic dart boards were provided to stores this year to provide opportunities for you to engage with your customers and bring some fun into the retail space.

Building upon decades of golf ball excellence, Titleist continues to design and produce golf balls that embody superior performance, innovative design and unmatched quality for the dedicated golfer.
As the golf ball category leader, the Titleist brand continues to enjoy success at the very top of the game. So far this season on the DP World Tour (November 2024 – July 2025), Pro V1 has been the model of choice for 76% of players, contributing to 24 tournament victories –the nearest competitor has three.
This dominant position on Tour continues to filter down the pyramid of influence to every level of the game, reinforcing our #1 status at retail in the UK and Ireland.
2025 saw the launch of Titleist’s golf ball fitting app - a tool for TGI Partners to help golfers dial into the best performing ball for their game which can be completed in as little as 15 minutes. Being a Titleist ball partner will also give you access to our dedicated team of golf ball specialists who fit and educate golfers through a variety of ball fitting events. They can also support you by offering additional staff training and merchandising support.
2026 will see the Titleist brand continue record levels of merchandising investment with the completion of the roll out of our premium, illuminated ball plinths together with other innovative merchandising solutions. Next year will also see an exciting, new promotional calendar aimed to optimise consumer demand and enhance sell through which can be incorporated into your 2026 planning.

Titleist is committed to creating the best performing, highest quality golf clubs for dedicated golfers. 2025 once again saw Titleist as the most played driver, iron and wedge on both the DP World and PGA Tours.
Across all hardware categories, our product R&D team deliver significant advancements with every launch. This transcends at retail, where dedicated golfers of all skill levels benefit from the unrivalled performance of Titleist clubs.
For 2026, we will continue to support TGI Partners through a range of tailored programmes. Our revised Replenishment Club Partnership offers enhanced up-front terms with a smaller stockholding, moving away from annual pre-book commitment, enabling TGI Partners to replenish stock once sold, improving cash flow with the added security of transitional support. For TGI Partners who prefer to focus on one specific club category, such as Vokey wedges, Titleist will still offer Partnership discount as well as providing fitting tools.
Custom fitting remains a key focus for the brand and we continue to invest in this area. This was showcased with the launch of new T-Series irons this year, where TGI Partners received an extensive
range of fitting tools to equip them to get dedicated golfers dialled into the right product so they can shoot lower scores.
Alongside supporting with merchandising solutions in-store, we are committed to developing our customer service levels which was highlighted in the Spring with the launch of our new B2B ordering platform. Designed to improve the experience for TGI Partners in placing custom club orders, Acushnet Hub offers real-time stock availability, quicker order entry, automated order confirmation and easy-to-access order tracking, all to make it simpler to conduct business with the Titleist brand.
