Erekha Kerala Portal (erekha.kerala.gov.in) The Kerala government has established the e-Rekha Kerala / Bhoomi Keralam portal, digitizing Bhoomi Keralam Land Record, its official website http://erekha.kerala.gov.in/.

Using this website, any citizen can get all the details related to his land online and services related to the revenue department.

Erekha Kerala Portal has been implemented by Kerala Land Information Mission, Government of Kerala. Through the eRekha portal, the state government has provided access to all users, especially landowners, to obtain digital survey records anywhere and anytime.

The state government has done digital conservation and collection of state land records through the Bhoomi Keralam portal. Transparency can be brought to land transactions by making the survey records accessible to the public online. If a person wants to register on the e-Rekha Kerala portal, follow the steps given below.

First of all, visit the official website of e-Rekha Kerala Portal. The official web site’s home page will open.

A sign-up option will appear on the home page. Click on the Sign Up option. A Registration Form in the name of Register to E-Rekha will open.

Columns of your Name, Email Address, Password, Confirm Password, Address, Mobile Number, Pincode will appear in Registration Form. Fill the required information in all the columns.

Fill the given Captcha Code in the prescribed Column and click on the Register button. By clicking on the Register button, you will register on the E-rekha Kerala Portal.

First of all, visit the official website of e-Rekha Kerala Portal. The official website’s home page will open.

Verification option will appear on the home page. Click on Verification option. An Application Form will open in the name of Application for Documents Verification.

Columns of your Name, Address, Email Address, Office Phone, Mobile, District, Taluka, Village, Block No., Documents Type, Survey Number, Purpose, Other Details etc. will appear in the application form.

Fill the correct information in each Column and upload the documents to be verified. Remember that these documents are only in PDF format.

If a state citizen wants to do online search & download of old survey records related to his land through the e-Rekha Kerala portal, follow the steps given below.

First of all, visit the official website of e-Rekha Kerala Portal. The official web site’s home page will open.

File Search option will appear on the home page. Click on the File Search option. A new page of Search in Survey Records will open. Where Old Survey Records, Resurvey Records & District Maps options will appear.

Click on Resurvey Records option. The form of Search in Resurvey Records will open.

After this, choose one of the Types of Map (i) FMB (ii) Block Map (iii) Supply FMB. Choose one of the options of Type of Register (i) LR (ii) BTR (iii) Correlation (iv) TPR (v) Area Register etc.

Select the District, Taluk, Village, Block Number etc. from the Drop Down List and fill the Survey Number in the Survey Number Column.

Lastly, click on the Submit button. On clicking the submit button, the Document’sDocument’s Preview Thumbnail will appear as the next page on the screen.

If you want to download as Original Documents, then click on the checkout button.

But for this, you will need to log in.
