30th annual Hilton Head Island St. Patrick’s Day Parade When: 3 p.m., March 17 Where: Pope Avenue, Hilton Head Island Details: A family oriented parade that draws more than 20,000 spectators. See clowns, marching bands, entertaining Shiners, floats all the marching units and dignitaries and more. The parade has been recognized as one of the Top 20 tourism events in the southeast for the month of March. Rain or shine. fun-filled, family friendly festive atmosphere. There will be many activities such as a kids zone, a rock climbing wall and a bungee jump. A popular, family friendly event that serves as the David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation’s annual fundraiser.
