Claude and Uli, who owned and operated Hilton Head’s La Normandie Restaurant for ten years, now hold forth in their Moss Creek Village restaurant, just over the Hilton Head bridge. Chef Clause, a native of Normandie, France, has cooked in some of the world’s best kitchens, including Maxim’s in Paris, the Connaught (Chef Saucier) in London and Ernie’s in San Francisco. Culinary school graduate Uli orchestrates matters in the dining room, welcomes guests and makes them feel very much at home.
Claude and Uli’s uses only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create the wonderful food for which they have received numerous accolades. They offer in-house preparation of just about everything that is served, inclusing all bread, pastries, appetizers, entrees and desserts.
