Photos of Grandma is a student-led initiative created by two students in “Rod’N’ya - Hameyuhasim” at Hillel at Haifa University and the Technion, through which Russian-speaking students study their personal Jewish roots and identity. Through the initiative, participants documented their grandmothers’ stories and replicated photos through contemporary portraits of themselves.
