HE Kloof Street Patrol team is hosting a Christmas party for children who lost parents in the horrific Fields Hill Accident last month. According to Kloof ‘s CPF project coordinator, Nikki Mohlmann, the initiative will comprise a small party for the children where Christmas parcelswillbehandedout. “We want to spread a little love this festive season. These children have experienced such trauma through losing their loved ones, and the Kloof Street Patrol is aiming to make their Christmas special,” said Mohlmann. In order for the Kloof Street Patrol to fulfil their goal, they are appealing to businesses and individualstodonatetothisworthy cause. The team is appealing for new toys, new clothes

Mass meeting for students FORMER students of eShowe High School and Training College are invited to the mass meeting at the Pinetown Civic Hall on Saturday 30 November. Bongani Oscar Nzimande, who also trained and later served as the rector of this institution of higher learning, said the purpose of the meeting is to explore what students can do to contribute towards the improvement and/or advancement of education, particularly in rural areas.
