If I have an issue with my order - what do I do?

At Hillbrush, we strive to provide you with the best possible service by ensuring that your order is delivered exactly as requested, with the correct quantities and within the designated time frame.

Nevertheless, there may be instances where you receive an order that is not entirely accurate or as per your specifications. Please take note of the following guidelines to help us address any concerns you may have regarding your order.

N.B. Delivery discrepancies need to be reported within 72 hours of receiving the delivery.

Why might your order be on hold?

It’s possible that your order might be placed on hold if there are any discrepancies found in your purchase order.

When sending the order acknowledgement, we will advise you of any pack sizes. However, your order will not be held.

A 40% restocking fee will be applied, and you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the goods.

Delivery charges

Please refer to the information below to determine which one applies to you. It’s worth noting that you have the option to arrange your own collection if you prefer, in order to avoid any delivery charges.

Great Britain

For any order with a delivery address within Great Britain, the following carriage charges will apply:

• Orders under £350: £20 carriage charge

Northern Ireland

For any order with a delivery address within Northern Ireland, the following carriage charges will apply:

• Order value under £500: £75

• Order value between £500 and £1,000: £50

• Order value over £1,000: Free of charge

Republic of Ireland

For any order with a delivery address within Republic of Ireland, the following carriage charges will apply:

• Order value under £750: £100 / EUR 117

• Order value between £750 and £1,500: £75 / EUR 87.75

• Order value over £1,500: Free of charge
