At Hillbrush, we strive to provide you with the best possible service by ensuring that your order is delivered exactly as requested, with the correct quantities and within the designated time frame.
Nevertheless, there may be instances where you receive an order that is not entirely accurate or as per your specifications. Please take note of the following guidelines to help us address any concerns you may have regarding your order.

N.B. Delivery discrepancies need to be reported within 72 hours of receiving the delivery.
Please be aware that in order for replacements to be dispatched or for a credit to be issued, the complaints must first be verified and upheld.

We will send an email outlining the issue of the carriage.

When sending the order acknowledgement, we will advise you of any pack sizes. However, your order will not be held.

If you would like to return an item, please note the following terms and conditions;
The stock needs to be returned within a 12 month period
The product has to be in its original pack size
The product has to be in the original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition
A 40% restocking fee will be applied, and you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the goods.

For any order with a delivery address within Great Britain, the following carriage charges will apply:
• Orders under £350: £20 carriage charge
For any order with a delivery address within Northern Ireland, the following carriage charges will apply:
• Order value under £500: £75
• Order value between £500 and £1,000: £50
• Order value over £1,000: Free of charge
For any order with a delivery address within Republic of Ireland, the following carriage charges will apply:
• Order value under £750: £100 / EUR 117
• Order value between £750 and £1,500: £75 / EUR 87.75
• Order value over £1,500: Free of charge
