Summer Seasoning
Life is about relationships and food has always been a universal connector. Rooster's allows our community the intimacy that we value. Their dining areas are well dressed, open yet private. Our community is one that values proximity to the other person. We are able to quiet the background noises of a major city and allow the sounds of conversation and good will to fill our ears. Soon we will be transitioning to another venue, yet Rooster's will always be our go to venue for our community.

Our team chose Rooster's as our launching pad for numerous reasons. The most important being that it embodies the spirit of authentic interactions. Its ambiance is designed with an eye for wood and all things organic while taking us back to a time in rural France where the food and the person are in the same space...hence the open kitchen layout. Their menu is brave and courageous. They season their dishes with such delight to the palette that one cannot help but smile and repeat their indulgence into this world of Franco-American culinary triumph.
