Steve Wozniak Serves as First Innovator in Residence

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, who served as HPU’s 2013 Commencement speaker, is now at a finger’s reach for HPU students.

As the first ever Innovator in Residence, Wozniak will lend his time and experience to HPU students majoring in computer science, physics, education, communication, entrepreneurship and more.

NASA Accepts Design from HPU Students

HPU physics students had their proposal accepted to NASA’s Micro-g Neutral Buoyancy Experience Design Team program.

They designed and built a device for astronauts to chip off samples of an asteroid while exploring its surface.

President’s Circle Honor Roll The President’s Circle Honor Roll includes individuals and organizations that generously supported the University’s mission and transformation with gifts and pledge payments of $1,924 or more (to all University programs including athletics) during the 2015–2016 fiscal year (June 1, 2015– May 31, 2016), and cumulative gifts of $100,000 or more received over a lifetime.

Some generous donors may not be listed if their gifts were not received in the fiscal year ending May 31, 2016.

The HPU Fund for Extraordinary Education This year High Point University will award $28 million in financial assistance to students. Your gifts to the HPU Fund for Extraordinary Education support this commitment and make it possible for many of HPU’s most talented and deserving students to attend.
