INTO THE DEEP

Sexy new thriller Into The Deep is among the most anticipated 2022 releases from Capstone. Rising star Ella-Rae Smith (The Stranger, The Witcher, Into the Badlands) heads the cast as a young woman desperate to escape her small town. When she meets a handsome stranger played by Matthew Daddario (Shadowhunters) he appears to offer a glamorous and romantic fresh start. But as the couple spend time together on his yacht, they are soon sailing towards deceit, mistrust and violence. The film is directed by Kate Cox, a winner at the SCXSW Film Festival for her acclaimed short, Vert.

REDEEMING LOVE

This recent release from director D.J. Caruso (I Am Number Four, The Shield) is an adaptation of the best -selling historical romance novel of the same name. A love story set in the 1850s California Gold Rush, it stars Abigail Cowen as a betrayed woman looking to mend her broken heart.

SUMMIT FEVER

An adrenaline-filled thriller starring Ryan Phillippe as a mountain climber who, along with his friends, sets out to conquer “The Big Three” – the Matterhorn, the Eiger and Mont Blanc – only to hit deadly challenges along the way. The film was shot at altitudes as high as 3,000 meters above sea level and the cast all trained as climbers.

Directing is Julian Gilbey (A Lonely Place to Die).

THE PIPER

The sinister character of The Pied Piper becomes a modern horror villain in Millennium’s dark reimagining of the classic story. Julian Sands and Charlotte Hope head the cast of the chiller from Icelandic director Erlingur Thoroddsen. The storyline sees a young composer finishing her late mentor’s concerto only to find that playing the music has deadly consequences by awakening an evil force.

Wanted Man

Action icon Dolph Lundgren both stars in and directs his latest screen outing. He also co-wrote the script for this fast-paced tale of a police officer who is unsure who to trust while trying to retrieve and escort the eyewitness to a shooting which leaves several DEA agents dead. Millennium Media – which also worked with Lundgren on the Expendables franchise – plans to release the movie in 2023.
