Reporting in 2016, the Fair Work Convention called upon all businesses in Scotland, both large and small, to embrace the principles of fair work. Its vision was that: By 2025, people in Scotland will have a world leading working life where fair work drives success, wellbeing and prosperity for individuals, businesses, organisations and for society.
In the final framework the Convention presented, the five pillars of fair work are identified as EFFECTIVE VOICE, OPPORTUNITY, SECURITY, FULFILMENT and RESPECT. www.fairworkconvention.scot
