Domestic Transfer Services
For Transfers within the Maldives to/from Male’ (Velana International Airport), guests travelling via domestic transfer will be travelling to nearby Domestic Airports. Following the flight, a speedboat transfer to the resort will be arranged, which is typically shared unless a private booking has been made.
If you have not yet reserved your International Flight, our Reservations Team will be happy to recommend timings that are suitable for your Internal Maldives Transfer.

Upon your arrival at Velana International Airport, our resort’s dedicated airport team will warmly welcome you and escort you to comfortable domestic airport lounge where you can relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments while waiting for your domestic flight to the resort’s nearby Domestic Airport. Complimentary Wi-Fi, food, and beverage refreshments are available for your convenience.
Once you reach the nearby Domestic Airport, one of our Hideaway Associates will be there to receive and assist you. They will then accompany you to the speedboat that will take you on a picturesque 20 to 30-minute transfer, depending on weather and sea conditions, to our beautiful Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa. Rest assured, our team will ensure a seamless and enjoyable transfer experience for you.

To ensure a seamless connection to your onward route to & from the resort, it is important to provide the resort’s reservations team with the international arrival and departure flight details, as well as full passport details (including name in passport, passport number, date of birth, nationality, and gender) for all travelers. This information must be submitted directly to the resort’s reservations team at least 15 days prior to your arrival date. This will enable us to make necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth travel experience for you and your fellow travelers.
Kindly note that the check-in counter for Maldivian Airlines opens 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time and closes 1 hour prior to the flight departure time.
