Discounts are offered to victims of natural disasters in an effort to help rebuild their lives and homes. Just present any related paperwork to verify the need for disaster relief in your area.

Military Appreciation Program

Discounts are offered to active, inactive and retired military personnel. Just present your military ID inside each participating showroom. Thank you so much for your dedicated service to this country.

Partners in Design Program (PID)

Professional Interior Design Services

Most showrooms offer complimentary design services within their own galleries. If you prefer to have only one contact to help you with every showroom inside the Mart, Designing Women offers professional interior design services by the hour, by the day or even remotely if you are not able to make the trip to Hickory.

J&L Furniture Services Offers Restoration, Repair, Reupholstery & Shipping

J&L Furniture Services, located inside Hickory Furniture Mart, provides furniture restoration, repair, reupholstery, refinishing, painting, and commercial services. They also provide shipping services for customers in select states. Accessible Entrances, Restrooms, And New Nursing Lounge

For wheelchair accessible entrance with exterior ramp and push plate entry along with accessible restrooms, water fountain and bottle filling station, please use the South Entrance, on the back side of the building. We have recently added a new Nursing Lounge for your privacy and comfort on Level 4 at the end of the restroom hallway directly across from Roya Rugs.

Personal Shopper Services

If you are looking to furnish an entire home during your visit, you know the items you want to purchase for each room and you just need some help navigating through the Mart, you may benefit from a personal shopper. Please schedule appointments 2-4 weeks prior to your visit because our personal shopper books up well in advance.
