Our filets are delicious no matter how you cook them, but if you’re feeling adventurous try sous vide! Sous vide is a method of cooking that uses a warm water bath or steam to cook food in plastic bags or glass jars. It allows you to accurately regulate the temperature so your food is cooked evenly. For perfectly tender filets, defrost in the refrigerator and leave them in their plastic bags. Submerge in room temperature water, heat with sous vide wand, and cook until 130 degrees.

Season and pan sear on high heat for 30 seconds on each side to finish. Voila!
