---------------------------------------------------------------Transition to the New School Year February 25, 2015 11:00am

Students with autism benefit from planning and preparation for the transition to a new school year given difficulties with changes in routine and schedule associated with the diagnosis. Participants will identify factors that make transitions difficult for students with autism. Participants will discuss preparations for the new school year and will match transition supports to the needs of their child. Specific information regarding the transition to middle school and high school will also be shared.
