Dear High School East Parent: Please be advised that Thursday, October 17, 6:00-9:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 22, 6:00-9:00 p.m., and Wednesday, November 6, 6:00-9:00 p.m. have been scheduled as PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE NIGHTS at High School East.

Individual appointments can be scheduled on-line at this time. As in the past, appointments will be limited to ONE five-minute time slot, and we suggest that you leave 15 minutes between appointments to assure ample travel time from one appointment to another.

It may be necessary to attend more than one evening program to increase your probability of meeting ALL your child’s teachers. Parents are asked to respect the teachers’ time schedule and realize that the Parent Teacher Conference Night ends at 9:00 p.m. Additionally, teachers who have teaching assignments in other schools will be in attendance at one Parent-Teacher Conference Night at each school.

The conferences are for those parents who feel a significant need to meet with their children’s teachers.

These conferences were not designed for the students to be present.

Click on the register button – This is mandatory even if you have previously used this system Fill in the required information, and create your username and password Register each child that is currently attending High School East Click on Submit

*Be sure to write down your username and password, and add this site to your favorites You are now ready to register for your Parent/Teacher Conference.

Registration Instructions Once you have successfully logged in, follow these steps: 1.

Select the staff member you wish to meet with.

Select the name of the child you are making the appointment for.

Select date of appointment.

Choose a time slot.

Click the FINALIZE APPOINTMENT button.

If you want to make another appointment with another teacher, select a different staff member from the drop down menu.

7. You must repeat steps 1 thru 6 for additional children.

8. Be sure to print your schedule and bring it with you.

9. Log out.

There are three days to schedule your appointment. Not all teachers will be here all evenings.

You will not be able to schedule an appointment for a teacher who is not in that evening.

Families are allowed one five-minute appointment per teacher per child.

If you have more than one child with the same teacher, you must register under each child’s name.

Please sign in again and cancel your appointment if you find you cannot attend.
