Design title: Hermès furniture shop proposal

The design proposal is for Hermès Maison Florence. In the beginning of design, there are very plentiful research I have done which are its background culture, advertising system, current competitors, current furniture shop, historical designers, particular fashion trend, marketing strategy, plans, objectives and environmental problem, etc. After that, I chose the concept with cultural meaning, the elements with historical background, local culture and environmental-friendly materials to present the charm of Hermès.

Dye-house

A part of Chinese culture heritage. In ancient times, people coloured the fabric in this particular method. The workshop is the most beautiful part of it. Even, many of directors chose the scene to be part of their films shooting place. It left a romance impression to people.

The concept is used to present the Hermè s fabric in this special method. Make these excellent materials much more beautiful, elegance and classical that embodies its particular cultural deposits.

Market analysis, from the market of customers consumer groups to analyze, Florence is one of the most popular city. In recent years, most of the Chinese tour group choose here to be one of the destination. Meanwhile, from the consumer group analysis, we realized Chinese are the largest consumer group.

The design inspiration comes from the group photo, it combined with the main Dye-house concept method, the dimension of each wallpaper sample is different. It allude each of them has a different story and culture. The overall effect gives a dignified and unique feeling.
