"By far the best hotel Ive stayed at in Lisbon in many visits to the city. Weve stayed in a couple of their places in Porto and always found them to be incredibly good for the amount you pay and decided to try the Urban in Lisbon. We werent disappointed at-all, amazing location to Parque metro station (2 mins), which is a good location to stay if you want to get around and not just go into the city centre. We got the most ridiculously large room that could have housed two families in, it was a spotless as their Porto places and had the same-nice finishes as well as brilliant selection of tv channels. Wifi is free and really simple to connect too across the whole place and the breakfast plentiful with enough room to keep people happy. Really good, young courteous staff and a special mention must go to the very amenable and possibly happiest man on the earth Antonio who works on reception. He made us feel very welcome from the off and assisted in booking of a restaurant table.

Ps - Have seen people moan on trip advisor about the fact some rooms are on - levels (i.e -1, -2 etc). This is only because the road is in a weird position and the road at the rear of the place is about 100 ft down, so depending on where your room is depends on where the windows are. It doesnt make any difference and should be ignored.

HF Ipanema Park “Nous avions réservé une suite exécutive au 11ème étage de lhôtel. laccueil, bien que matinal, na pas posé de problème pour les bagages et de suite le personnel le bagagiste de lhôtel, nous ont fourni toutes les informations nécessaires, que ce soit pour le séjour à lhôtel ou sur la ville. Un arrêt de bus est situé en face de lhôtel (Bus 200 ou 207) pour se rendre au centre de Porto. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et suffisant et servi en buffet. Un prix très attractif pour une 5 étoiles. A recommander”
