We are driven to improve every part of your construction experience. With years of experience informing our decisions we know how to build and deliver projects that our customers and communities love.
What We Do
Whether you’re building a small shopping center or a complex of multi-story buildings, ECS will bring your vision to life. Our services include project management, construction management, full turn-key services, and more.
How We’re Different
Your building project is more than materials assembled into a finished project. ECS gathers the necessary team members and establishes a collaborative process where your voice is heard at every step.
Every Project Matters
Regardless of the size or shape of your project you’ll be treated with the same high attention-to-detail and open communication. Our team is your team.
Our Mission
"ECS (Enformed Construction Services, LLC) was created to address a gap in the construction industry. Our industry is full of very capable and smart General Contractors who are usually the first contact a client makes when undertaking a building project. However, there is more to your building project than gathering materials and assembling them into a finished product. It takes a team of individuals, each playing their role, collaborating to create the environment you seek.
Whether it is a small shopping center or a multi-story complex of buildings, ECS gathers the necessary members to bring your vision to life. We focus on your needs, whether that be project management services, construction management services, or full turn-key services, ECS has the ability to offer the project services you need and deserve."

Forever 21 Redevelopment
Project Description.
Originally a Mervyn’s Department store, the 80,000 square foot multi-use retail building needed to be reconfigured and reinforced. ECS added a passenger elevator, freight elevator, a pair of escalators, and a monumental stair. We reconverted a Forever 21 store on level one, added a lobby and corridor on level two, and added an annex. On the second level, we’re adding approx. 40,000 square feet of carbon fiber reinforced plastic to increase the support load from 50 pounds per square foot to 100 pounds per square foot, to support the addition of entertainment components such as a bowling alley, arcade games, etc. What made this project an interesting challenge was completing the complex work while existing retail tenants were open for business.

The 80-acre campus includes an upscale clubhouse with open timber roof trusses and other design components. ECS did construction for the buildings, pool, and all other amenities, as well as infrastructure needs such as roads, curbs and gutters, and utilities. Faced with material shortages and inflation, this project required creative engineering options and the team was able to find significant savings with strategic adjustments to the structural timber package and landscaping.
Los Caballos Manufactured Home Park
Project.
Project Description.
ECS takes pride in the successful completion of projects in collaboration with partners such as Jiffy Trip and HFA-AE. Our second endeavor in Siloam Springs, AR marks another milestone in our portfolio. Leveraging insights gained from prior initiatives, ECS and HFA-AE engaged in a collaborative effort to optimize processes and refine construction documents, ensuring a robust framework for our subcontractors. Our responsibilities encompassed traditional construction scopes, including site development and the construction of a new convenience store and gas station. Furthermore, we assumed a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination of underground petroleum tank installation, the erection of a specialized fueling canopy, and the management of owner-contracted installers and suppliers.
As we progress to our third site in Rogers, AR, currently in the construction phase, we eagerly anticipate the outcome and the opportunity to continue enhancing our processes and final deliverables through close collaboration with HFA-AE and Jiffy Trip. This ongoing partnership reflects our commitment to continual improvement and excellence in project execution.
