Purpose Make the Scandinavian communities join together for a day of fun in the park, made up out of sport, food, and socializing.

Time and place April 30, 12.00am-7.30pm Place 1: Chaoyang Park West Gate 3 (see picture) 12am-4pm Place 2: The Den (afternoon BBQ 5-7.30)
Activities (all day, mini-tournaments & games) Volleyball (all day) Badminton (all day) Heyrobics (Circle training 13.00, Medium 15.00) Picnic (all day, followed by The Den BBQ) Kids activities (games, treasure hunt 14.05) And most importantly, relaxed and friendly hang-out with beers, music, talks & laughs Football

The Den Time: 17.00-19.30 Cost: 100 RMB (50 RMB for kids under 16) Food: all you can eat buffet Drink: Carlsberg 15 RMB/bottle, soft drinks and other beverages at low prices
More about SSD: The sports event will go on for the entire day, all at the same spot. Apart from the events mentioned on previous page, there are some plans also to add a running race (3 km) starting approximately 14.00. We will have persons in charge of each sports activity on site, as well as provide the basic sports equipment for those sports available. Still, if you want to bring your own equipment, feel free to do so! Whereas our target is to have 100 participants during the day, our maximal number will be 150 people. Same thing goes for The Den (starting 17.00), where numbers are limited to 90 participants! Sign-up for all activities are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and can be paid onsite same day in Chaoyang park and on The Den respectively. In your sign-up email, please make sure to include your name, number of participants, and if you for some reason do not plan on joining to The Den afterwards! Look forward to see you on April 30!
