joyed the second song they sang, it was re-worded about Hannukkak but the tune was a number one record from about forty years ago, They learnt all their lines and spoke clearly and with good expression. The assembly was truly amazing. Reporters Akenti and Sajan 5RC
The Grinch On Friday 9th, 5DR performed an assembly about the Grinch who hated Christmas. We all enjoyed the play and laughed a lot. When Christmas approached the Grinch despised it. They spoke clearly and so people could hear what they were saying from the back, and they also practised their lines well. At the end of the assembly, while they were singing a wonderful song, Mrs Mann threw fake snow at us, which was very exciting. Written by: Sumaya and Sahidya (6SS)

The Nativity Play - On the Thursday 15th,, Reception took part in a play about the story of the birth of baby Jesus. During the assembly they sang many songs and acted as well. Many speakers had learnt their lines and spoke clearly and confidently. We were all very impressed with their performance!
