Measures to be applied before driving

1 Before taking the machine into operation you should become acquainted with the location and function of all gauges and control elements. You should therefore thoroughly read these operating instructions. Your safety is concerned! 2 Before starting the engine walk around the machine and check for any leaks and damaged or loose parts which can cause damage. 3 Perform the daily maintenance according to the lubrication and maintenance plan. Apart from that check or perform the following points. – Fuel tank filling level – Engine oil level – Hydraulic oil level – Filling level of windscreen washing system 4 Clean warning and information decals, hand grips and access steps. 5 Check that the battery disconnect switch is switched on.

After operation

– The fuel tank should be filled at the end of each work day. This prevents the formation of condensation water, as far as possible. – The fuel tank should never be "run dry". Fill in only clean fuel!
