Warning ・ Keep away from fire. ・ Be sure to release hydraulic pressure before beginning work.

Caution ・ Be sure to stop the engine before beginning work. ・ Be sure to inspect the wire rope and other lifting equipment before beginning work. ・ Do not stand or pass under the suspended load.

Items to prepare •Wrenches (7 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm, 24 mm, 30 mm) •Hexagon wrenches (10 mm, 12 mm) •Wire cutters •Eyebolts (M16) × 2 •Shackles (with the required lifting capacity) × 2 •Wire rope (with the required lifting capacity) •Liftcrane (with the required lifting capacity) •Marking pen •Cap •Plug •Rag •Cleaning fluid •Wood planks, etc. 1.Removal of control valve [1] Extend the attachment and bring in contact with the ground.

[2] Drain the oil from the hydraulic oil tank. (For details, see "Draining Oil from Hydraulic Oil

Tank".)

[3] Use a wrench (19 mm) to remove the 6 bolts (1), and then remove the center cover (2).

[4] Use a wrench (19 mm) to remove the 6 bolts (3), and then remove the center cover (4).

[5] Use a wrench (19 mm) to remove the 4 bolts (5), and then remove the under cover (6).

[6] Remove the connectors (7), (8) and (9).

[7] Remove the connector (10).

[8] Use a wrench (7 mm) to loosen the 2 hose bands (11).

[9] Use a wrench (24 mm) to remove the 4 bolts (12) and the 4 washers of the bracket (17).

[10]Use a wrench (19 mm) to remove the 5 bolts (13) and 2 washers (14), and then remove the valve upper frame (15).

[11]Use a wrench (19 mm) to remove the 6 bolts (16), and then remove the brackets (17).

[12]Use wrenches (19 mm, 22 mm) and hexagon wrenches (10 mm, 12 mm) to remove the control valve lines and hoses. •Mark the lines and hoses so that the connectors match at the time of assembly. •Use caps or plugs to cover the lines and hoses to prevent any entry of water, dust or dirt. •Clean the lines by spraying with a parts cleaner to prevent scratches and prevent dirt from accumulating on the connectors.

[13]Use a wrench (30 mm) to remove the 4 bolts (18) from the control valve.

[14]Install the 2 eyebolts (19) (M16) on the control valve.

[15]Install the shackles (20) on the eyebolts, then use the liftcrane and wire ropes (21) to lift the control valve (22).

[16]Place the control valve (22) on wood planks (23).

2.Installation of control valve

To install, perform the reverse of the removal procedure.
