p. Check valve (2-19) attachment

Attach the check valves (2-19), then the springs (2-20) to the holes on the side of the cap assembly (2-6) mounting holes on the base plate (2-1), check that the

O-rings (2-22) are mounted on the plugs (2-21), then tighten the plugs (2-21) to the specified torque.

q.Spool assembly (2-2) attachment

Attach the spool assembly (2-2) to the base plate (2-1).

Caution: •Attach the spool assembly (2-2) slowly while rotating it. •Attach the spool assembly (2-2) straight. •If the spool assembly (2-2) becomes stuck, do not force it too much and lightly strike it with a plastic hammer. •Apply hydraulic oil to the outer circumference of the spool assembly (2-2), then attach it.
