257J40-15 CAN HCommunication line between the VM and optional HCB (J140-13). If option is not present, a jumper with terminating resistor is installed between J48-8 and J48-15.

258J40-16 AUX OUT 1+24V output from VM, through fuse F10, to the optional Travel Alarm (BZ1 at J70+). If not present, check VM, wiring, and connections. Note: Option must be enabled in FlashWare.

259J40-17 GND B– supply to VM. This B– is shared by many components prior to and after the VM. If not present, follow back towards B– until loss can be determined.

260J40-18 AUX IN 4Input to the VM from the optional Reverse Working lights switch (SW29 at J94). If not present, check switch, wiring, and connections.

261J40-19 AUX OUT 2+24V output from the VM, through fuse F11, to Warning light (LP5 at J97).

262J40-20 +24V AUX+24V input to VM from DC/DC converter (J96-4). If not present, check converter, wiring, and connections.

263J40-21 +24V AUX+24V input to VM from DC/DC converter (J96-4). If not present, check converter, wiring, and connections.

264J40-22 AUX OUT 3+24V output from the VM, through fuse F12, to Forward Left Work light (LP7 at J104).

265J40-23 AUX OUT 4+24V output, through fuse F13, to Reverse Working lights (LP8 at J106 and LP9 at J105).

266J41-1 VCC Supply voltage to the Lift pot (P3) from the VM (J40-7). If not present, check VM, wiring, and connections.

267J41-2 C POT

Wiper input from the Lift pot (P3) to VM (J40-11). Voltage will vary depending on lift request. The pot may need to be re-learned. If not present, check pot, wiring, and connections.

268J41-3 N POT Negative reference for the Lift pot (P3) from the VM (J40-9). If this reference is lost or intermittent, the lift pot will not function correctly and possibly will throw codes. If not present, check VM, wiring, and connections.

Note: Check P3 by disconnecting it from the circuit and reading across it. Approx. 4K ohm should be read across J41-1 and 3.

269J42-1 GND One of the grounds supplied by the VM (J40-6) to Lift switch (SW11). If not present, check VM, wiring, and connections.

270J42-2 NOT USED
