Working with the machine

With the specified load, the machine can be rotated from 360° on even and horizontal ground.

Check of the overload warning system

The overload warning system must be checked for correct function every time the machine is started and before load lifting work. Slowly extend the hoist cylinder to the stop. Operate the hoist cylinder to the stop. The overload warning status symbol appears on the display. An audio warning sounds in the operator cab.

If a malfunction occurs:

Do not lift loads.

Have the overload warning system repaired.

Operation of the overload warning system

DANGER!

Tipping over of the machine! The overload warning system does not shut down the machine if the permissible load torque is exceeded. The operator of the machine is only informed of the situation. Death.

Follow the safety instructions related to load lifting. Follow the instructions if the overload warning system is triggered.

Push the key S18

The overload warning system is activated. The LED of the key comes on.

If the overload warning system is triggered:

–The overload warning status symbol is shown on the display. –An audio warning sounds in the operator cab. –The control elements of the machine continue to operate. Reduce the reach. or

Lower the load to the ground without increasing the reach.

Deactivation of the overload warning system

Notice

There is an increased pressure in the hydraulic cylinders during earth-moving operations!

If the overload warning system is activated, it is triggered permanently. Switch off the overload warning system for earth-moving operations.

Push the key S18

The overload warning system is deactivated. The LED of the key goes out of view.

Two types of adjustable hydraulic cabs are available: –cab with adjustable height –cab with adjustable inclination

Adjusting

the operator’s cab

The hydraulic cab has a stepless height adjustment. The hydraulic adjustment is controlled with the rotary switch S200 on the right side control panel.

Make sure that the Diesel engine is started. Make sure that the safety lever is in the upper position.

Lifting

Danger!

The Hydraulic Cab

Tipping over of the machine with lifted cab! Damages, injuries, death.

Make sure that no obstacle is in the path of the machine. Operate only on level and firm ground.

Make sure that the machine is stationary. Move and hold the rotary switch S200 to the left position 2 The cab lifts.

Lowering

Danger!

The Hydraulic Cab

Crushing hazard when lowering the hydraulic cab! Injuries, death.

Make sure that nobody is in the dangerous area. Keep your arms and legs away from moving parts.

Move and hold the rotary switch S200 to the right position 1 The cab lowers.

Emergency lowering of the hydraulic cab

In case of failure, the hydraulic cab can be lowered: –from the operator’s cab
