Working with the machine

Move switch to position 2 (final position).

Operating instructions

The auxiliary user with reduced pressure (e.g. hydraulic hammer, ram) is activated.

The indicator light H196 turns off. The indicator light in the switch lights up. The right foot pedal k is pressure and flow reduced, the left foot pedal m full oil flow and pressure.

Operate the attachment using pedals m and k.

Push foot pedal k down:

The adjustable boom cylinder will be extended, i.e. the attachment moves up. - or -

Scrap cutter or sorting grapple will be closed. - or -

The hydraulic hammer is activated.

Push foot pedal m down:

The adjustable boom cylinder will be extended, i.e. the attachment moves up. - or -

Scrap cutter or sorting grapple will be opened.

3.4.11Adjusting the boom to side

3.4.11.1Height and side adjustable gooseneck boom

The height and side adjustable gooseneck boom is operated with the two foot pedals of the AHS accessory kit.

Height

Accessory kit AHS 1 available:

Push the foot pedal k down. The boom is turned to the right.

Push down foot pedal m

The boom is turned to the left.

Accessory kit AHS 12 available:

Move switch S241 to position 0

The indicator light H196 does not light up.

Push the foot pedal k down. The boom is turned to the right.

Push down foot pedal m. The boom is turned to the left.

Since additional dangers can occur due to the side adjustable boom, the operating and maintenance personnel must be informed about this.
